Road — Road not been made due to some problem from the office

I am from the village majhagwan, district sultanpur, post kadipur. There is road construction is going on but some people of the village is not letting the road been constructed as they have their land beside the road and so they are creating a problem and the officer are also not seenig the problem seriously and the other people of the village are getting the problems because of it. So i request the government to see to this problem seriously and tell the area officer to look the problem seriously and solve it.
