Road — Toll deduction

I travelled from Tumkur road to Hosur road via Nice road. When entering the NICE road I tried to pay through the credit card. After swiping three times the person in the counter claimed that it is not working and then I paid them through cash. Later on when I reached my home, I received an sms that the money was deducted from card also. I went to the toll booth and enquired them and they replied that the money will be refunded in my card within 24 hours. But it is more than 48 hours I have not received any refund from them.
