Road — Toll fee collection

Hi, I am using Nice road to travel from Kanakapura road to Electronicity in Bangalore. From past few months, there are too many construction work in progress in Nice road and the travel time is drastically increase in this way. Today, i had to wait for around 45 mins in nice road and took early exit because of traffic choke. Inspite of the delay caused by the construction work, the toll charge is still same and they are deducting full toll charge from the fastag. Please look into this as there should not be toll charge if we are stuck in the traffic. Toll charges are paid for faster communication and save time.
