Verified Support Apr 13, 2018 Robinsons Fruit shoot Customer Care's response Hi there, Thank you for your message. We'd like to clear a few things up for you in regards to our new-look Fruit Shoots. We recently changed the lids from blue to green as the colour matches the Robinsons green and also heroes the real fruit in the drink. Multivitamins have been added to Robinsons Fruit Shoot for a number of years. As is common practice in the soft drinks industry, we recently tweaked the vitamin mix to include Vitamins B3 and B7 (Niacin and Biotin). Niacin and Biotin are completely safe for human consumption and are found in lots of everyday foods; for example avocado and salmon are natural sources of Biotin and brown bread and meat are rich in Niacin, which is also used to enrich many breakfast cereals. These vitamins contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism, psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. All the ingredients used in Fruit Shoot are of the highest quality, completely safe and are approved for use in line with the legislative requirements. Whilst we are confident that this small change would not cause illness, we'd be pleased to retrieve the sample from you to be analysed by our central lab team. Please give us a call directly to speak with us if you have any further questions. Kind regards, James Batson Britvic Consumer Engagement Manager [protected] | |||||
