Robomart.com — Unprofessional communication and dishonesty regarding return order

This is regarding an online order placed in the month of September 2016 with Robomart. Upon receiving the order it was noticed that some of the items ordered in various quantities were not as described or as depicted on the their website photos. Some of the photos are for reference purposes only, however some of not-as-described items had specific photos indicating specific manufacturer and yet the item that arrived with me differed. A couple of items that were originally ordered were not in stock and therefore those were not shipped. I was told I will be refunded for those items in a note sent with the package.

This differing order was brought to Robomart's attention by email as well as telephone. Initially it took me a while to convince the not so expert staff that the products I received did not have the same specifications as the ones I required, however the staff continued to argue that the ICs sent do the same function as the ICs I desired, but without any knowledge of the actually manufacturer or the specification of the said and sent IC. I then had to debunk their theory.
I was then transferred to a more senior staff member in charge of returns and was given the confidence that I could return the differing items and once arrived with Robomart, they shall refund me in full along with the return postage.
In the meanwhile upon my request they refunded the initial amount for the items that were out of stock as described in the note.
I then posted the differing items back the following week. However I never heard from them thereon and after following up a couple of weeks later, I was told that the return package had arrived and I shall be contacted back shortly.

No communication again. I then phoned them and got through to the same person I had initially spoken to who had given me the confidence of a refund. He started off, lying about his name and then when I cross-checked later in the conversation he admitted to being the same person I had suspected him to be, Mr. Arvind.

The man's tone was completely dismissive and he pretended to not remember the matter, however he very well did. He then offered to deposit an equivalent credit into my Robomart account instead of issuing the actual refund. His clever excuse/cop-out for this was, "it was my mistake that I had requested a refund for the out of stock orders, and due to the payment portal CCAvenue policies a refund can be initiated only once for one order and therefore another refund cannot be initiated. I should have read this in Robomart policy documents."
The man tried to get away by holding me responsible, however he very well knew about the payment portal policies and should have informed his customer (myself) about this earlier, in good faith. He evidently chose to keep this from me and bring it out at the end moment to deny his refund responsibility.
He then has the audacity to keep me holding on the phone and have me listen to music playing at his end, instead of his voice.
The man even hung up on me, as I had a lot to say and my concern was legitimate. Upon phoning back he did not answer and then eventually asked me to not ring back.
I then see in my Robomart account, that I have been provided credit for the disputed amount, which is useless to me as I don't wish to deal with this organisation in the future and instead would prefer having my money back.
