Despite my efforts to communicate the problem and seek a fair resolution, the response from Robu.in has been unsatisfactory. The company has claimed that the product was burnt by me, which is inaccurate. I followed proper testing procedures, and the issues were not a result of mishandling on my part. **Previous Correspondence:** I have attached copies of my correspondence with Robu.in, including the video illustrating the problem, for your reference. Despite providing evidence of the product's malfunction, I have not received a fair and just resolution. **Communication with Robu.in:** I have maintained communication with Robu.in through [emails/phone calls]. Despite providing detailed information and a video demonstrating the issue, the response from Robu.in has been unsatisfactory. I am seeking one of the following outcomes: 1. Replacement of the defective product with a functional one. 2. Refund for the purchase amount. 3.
