Not accepting return of a 5000mah LI-ion battery which arrived in complete depleted state

I have ordered Pro-Range NMC 21700 22.2V 5000mAh 3C 6S1P Li-Ion Battery Pack × 1 on December 29, 2024 from robu.in. my order number #2453932 was delivered within 3 working days but the battery arrived in completely depleted state hence was of no use since there's a great risk of explosion if we tried to charge batteries with low voltage, i registered a complaint on 3rd of january and my Ticket ID: 380044 was registered, on 7th on january i got a mail saying ''As per your concern, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for refund/replacement.
It is not possible for the battery to puff or discharge under normal conditions. We ensure that all batteries undergo thorough quality checks, including verification of their nominal voltage, before shipment.
Hope you understand us.'' i attached a video proof of connecting battery to a charger and showing them exact voltage and physical battery state which is a little puffy, yet they have rejected my return please help me send back this fire hazard back to robu.in and get my money back.

I am writing to file a formal grievance against Robu.in, a company that I have encountered significant issues with regarding a product purchase. The details of the case are as follows: **Order Information:** - Order Number: 1812871 - Product Name: SmartElex 10D Smart Motor Driver (Powered by Raspberry Pi) - Date of Purchase: 21/11/2023 **Description of the Problem:** I purchased the aforementioned product from Robu.in for my project work. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. I promptly contacted Robu.in and initiated the return process, providing a video detailing the issues I encountered. Despite my efforts to communicate the problem and seek a fair resolution, the response from Robu.in has been unsatisfactory. The company has claimed that the product was burnt by me, which is inaccurate. I followed proper testing procedures, and the issues were not a result of mishandling on my part. **Previous Correspondence:** I have attached copies of my correspondence with Robu.in, including the video illustrating the problem, for your reference. Despite providing evidence of the product's malfunction, I have not received a fair and just resolution. **Communication with Robu.in:** I have maintained communication with Robu.in through [emails/phone calls]. Despite providing detailed information and a video demonstrating the issue, the response from Robu.in has been unsatisfactory. They have claimed that the product was burnt, attributing the issue to user error, which I strongly dispute. **Requested Action:** I kindly request the Consumer Helpline's intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. I am seeking one of the following outcomes: 1. Replacement of the defective product with a functional one. 2. Refund for the purchase amount. 3. Any other appropriate resolution that ensures justice in this case. I believe that the actions of Robu.in have been unjust, and as a consumer, I am entitled to receive a product that functions as described. Your assistance in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this grievance, and I look forward to a prompt and fair resolution. Arduino Nano Board & 16X2 LCD Display Board
I was residing in Pune from 22nd May 2023 to 26th May 2023 for my consultancy work. I ordered Arduino Nano Board & 16X2 LCD Display Board on 23rd May 2023 by paying extra shipping charges for 'Delivery on the same Day'. While paying online, Robu.in site always shown me that payment failed message and hence I landed up paying three times still site showed no payment received. When I downloaded my bank statement, it clearly showed that money was deducted three times. I called up helpline and they said that once they will investigate and they will inform me at the earliest. I was in hurry to get those components. Meanwhile, I also sent softcopy of my bank statement to [protected]@robu.in. Next day on 24th May after 24 hours I received a call from Robu.in that they have received my money and excess they will return and order they will dispatch immediately. I didn't receive component on 24th May also. I waited for 25th May when I received a message that components have been dispatched without tracking number with delivery on same day basis but I didn't received the material. Again I informed them and received message from that they will investigate in 24 hours and reply me.
Today is 26th May and still material has not been delivered nor any investigation message from Robu.in.
Extremely disgusting experience.

Much cheaper product are vailable on other websites. They just do online fraud and not trust worthy. Please avoid these scammers. They only work for the profit and do whatever accounting frauds they can do to achieve it. Products are real sub standards. From my own experience, I ordered the product and within within minute I tried to cancelled it but they did not cancelled it. The most pathethic are their executives, they ARE TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL....

I have purchased Rf remote module in Robu.in..order id - 1013178.But the product I have received is different from what I have ordered.so im trying to return the product for replacement or refund..but the customer care is very bad and didn't respond well.Almost 5 days I'm struggling to return the product for replacement..but there's no response from customer care team

I ordered a raspberry pi * and found it didn't work as expected or the HDMI did not work and I filed for a item faulty ticket on their support page where it was clearly mentioned that any item filed under item faulty can be refunded if no longer needed if it is found working when tested at their end and as it happened they tested it found it working and as I no longer needed it asked for a refund and they refused it saying the package or the outer box is not in resellable condition
