We from srr projects private limited, c/o-crown beers india pvt ltd, mallepally village, sangareddy, medak-502295. We are purchased roca products (Sum about 10 lakhs inr) like urinals, urinal sensor, china wc, wash basin etc much more. We needs assistance of technician from roca for set up o[censored]rinal sensor. We make contact with roca helpline no [protected], but it have 03 days to go, no one reached till with us to resolve the problem. We contacted the regional customer care in the no of [protected], but no result we have getting till.
We are filling guilty towards purchase of roca sanitary for us.

Updated by Biswanath2018 We needs resolve of problem as soon as possible.We have lots of pressure from client.Its better to arrange technician within one (1) day.
