In the month of February 2021 I had purchased Bathroom fittings ( divator ) from M/s Lotus Hardware, Paud Road Pune. But from April 21 the chromium plating started removing and also after closing the tap drop of water is leaking from the tap....

I had purchased Bathroom fittings in the month of February 2021 from m/s Lotus Hardware, paud road, Pune.

But in the month of April 21 the chromium plating started removing & after the tap is closed still water is leaking from the tap....

My basin tap is broken again and again but no any serious action is taken by Parryware customer service. No any technician come and survey my site. My all Parryware tap is broken one by one in continuous manner....

Water is coming out of flush...

-CBJ/280121/01 has been ATTENDED By SUNIL yesterday . But final resolution is not over yet..
Problem still persist..
He c9nvinced us and told that it will be resolved as early as possible as it is manufacturing defect what cunsumer is facing problem..
As my parents cannot file complaint, it was done by me later as Soon as I come to know problem is comod.

I think they do not bother after selling their goods once....

I have purchased FLAIR WALL-HUNG WITH CISTERN TOILETS IN WHITE COLOUR on 27th Nov 2020 and same has installed on 7th Dec 2020 since then I'm facing lots of leakage issue with the product I have complained 3 times about this issue, technician Mr. Avdesh Kumar has visited thrice for this issue but problem still persist, he recently visited on 31st Dec 2020 and changed a connection pipes costs Rs. 200/- but leakage again started...

They have charged too much price for hinges of commode seat cover.I paid 7165/- for that which is too expensive...
