About customer service at madurai

Service for the wall mounted toilet for water leakage. Service is bad. Charging Rs. 760 more than actual company bill. For asking that he spoke badly.
Firstly through Internet we got customer service number. We called that number more than a month. After that they assigned a service person from the above mentioned address. He came on Jan 26th 2021 and checked the toilet and told for service Rs. 600 we charge. We said OK. Then cleaned the flushed tank with acid (we gave acid bottle) because of salt deposition. Leakage is not stopped. He told for every 6 months service should be done. Then only this kind of problem will not come. He told to change the inlet and outlet fully. For that we have to order that. He said Once it comes I will come and change.
After that I called continuously, then another person came on Jan 30th 2021, and changed that. And I asked him to clean the flush tank for another toilet as the other guy told to do service. After acid cleaning, leakage was there.(we only gave acid bottle he didn't have it, for that charged service charge Rs. 600) Before it was in nice working condition. He told because of salt deposition it happens after using for a month it will automatically stop.
He provide handwritten bill. This bill is without GST. Thaty it less with GST means it will be more.

Day by day small leakage became more water leakage and it didn't stop so we used that toiled by opening and closing of the water valve. We have doubt of the billing price. So we went to the service centre as mentioned in the bill.
There we went along with old one for sample and bought new one. There we paid bill with GST

There we came to know the fraud happened in that previous bill. They charged Rs. 760 more Without GST. (with GST the overall bill comes less only but he gave handwritten bill and charged more Rs490 more + service charge Rs. 1200) We asked there for service to change new ones. Next day morning we again called he told he will come in the evening, he came without any further call he came to our house directly.
He changed the new one which we bought. Then he asked for service of Rs. 300. We asked for price of inlet and outlet. He told what the previous guy charged price. We asked that guy by having 2 bills howcome the rate varies. He was telling plastic price varies week by week. I asked yesterday only we bought now u r telling high price. He was telling like gold price plastic price will vary. This plastic one should come from andhra (hydrabad) so price will vary. He was telling for petrol give me Rs. 300. While talking he told if repair happens next time I won't come. Will see. We told we will come to ur office. He was telling while walking ok come with Rs. 300 and pay in my office. Like that he told and went.
For service 2 times the bill will come around 8k. Seriously For that we can buy a new one..
Beware of fraud people.. Ask for the company bill. Before buying or for asking service. With GST also it comes less only, these people brainwash people by telling with GST bill is more without GST only it will come less.
GST is service tax only, we don't need to pay more than the actual material price.
