I purchased water heater...we have some issue with it, so called parryware customer care ..most of the time no executive was picking up the call ...pls give immediate response

I am purchase prince single pieces parryware both room cab board as on 4/5/2021, cub board fixing after we cheak moving water speed but very slow speed, single paper pies also not move insaid.

I want wall hanging seat hinges... I have called many times to customer care she always said that request is registered but no response till now.. No mechanic here.. My complaint number is CHR/280621/03

Water leakage from cistern after flushing

I have purchased parryware one piece set reeve camot on 30/03/2019.Now flush is not working and water drained.i have already complained on ur toll free number on 19 Jun 21.till now I have not received any response from ur side.what I should further. Kindly guide me.

There is some problem in the flush plate of w.c installed

There has been a continuous leakage in one of the taps installed in our new apartment which makes the 1500 litres tank go empty in a day

Water leakage from Roca concealed flush tank. Maybe the ball cup washer or the ball cup assembly has to be checked upon. Once the flush tank is full, it starts leaking. Please address this issue asap

There is an issue with the ball cup washer or the assembly itself for my Roca in wall flush tank. Water keeps flowing into the commode once the flush tank is full leading to a lot of water wastage. It needs to be addressed at the earliest

In the month of February 2021 I had purchased Bathroom fittings ( divator ) from M/s Lotus Hardware, Paud Road Pune. But from April 21 the chromium plating started removing and also after closing the tap drop of water is leaking from the tap.

I had purchased Bathroom fittings in the month of February 2021 from m/s Lotus Hardware, paud road, Pune.

But in the month of April 21 the chromium plating started removing & after the tap is closed still water is leaking from the tap.

My basin tap is broken again and again but no any serious action is taken by Parryware customer service. No any technician come and survey my site. My all Parryware tap is broken one by one in continuous manner.

Water is coming out of flush

I had lodged a complaint regarding the the long bend type kitchen sink tap broken and water splashing and it was shown to your technician Mr.Pranav, while he came to attend another complaint regarding spares replacement of another tap, for which the cost of spare and service charge was paid. Regarding the broken body, after showing the bill, he assured to replace it after getting company’s approval. But even after 10 days your technician is yet to attend. When contacted the technician, he told he is yet to get approval. What a sorry state of affairs from reputed Parryware. The customer care number (is +[protected] also not responding despite repeated calls. Please urgently arrange to attend.

I purchased Iris Wall hung basin (code C845F46) from Parry's Care, Kolkata on 04.11.2020 vide Invoice No. PCINVGST-0960-20. Due to pandemic, my renovation work took time and my plumber went on to install the basin on 26.4.2021. On opening, one of the beams that takes the load of basin to wall was found in broken condition. Technician and management of Parry's Care didn't agree to replace the part. They told me to buy a new basin when I didn't use my basin for a single day though it cost Rs. 24972 /- including a mirror. The defect didn't come due to manufacturing error but due to mishandling during packaging by Parry's Care, that is sure, because that beam is the one that takes the load of the basin as a whole. Parry's Care did nothing to replace that part even when I wanted to pay, though it was not possible for me to break the part, but they told me to buy a whole new basin instead.

I have registered a complaint from my email to you on 16.03.2021 at 2.30pm .I have not received any response from you so far. I was thinking it’s wrong to by a brand called Roca that is associated with you parry wear. Because I run hotel a hospitality industry service, I have built each room at a cost o[censored]p to ten lakes. For those who book the room and others couldn’t give rooms properly & for incoming guests also. I have telling your senior technician Mr.Dharmarajan many times over the months, and if my complaint is not answered properly in this regard then I will have to take further action against the person above you or legal action.when I asked your senior technician for an explanation, he answered in the worst possible way.It's your fault you bought the item from Roka. He speaks arrogantly that you can not buy anywhere without my permission.

I have proof that he spoke. He has caused me a lot of stress.
Not responding to my compliant above in the right way is not the right way.I have bought up to 2500000 items from you.This is the way customer service is provided.

I have all the bills for the items I bought from you.lts also has certificates for the ten year warranty and guarantee you have given for it.

As mentioned in the subject our flush tank from your companyvhas been troubling from a while... Kindly get back to us or please mention any other way of getting it repaired from any of your service provider. We are the residents of Mysore city so if you could help us with any person from the same city would be helpful. Thank you
