We purchased a hand washing shower along with other items (PARRYWARE) from PARNAMY sales corporation, new tikona park, NIT, Faridabad i dated 11. 03. 12. 03, 1204 and 21 04 13 (bill no. 5719, 5681, 6344) .
The nozle of the shower was broken while using and put a complaint on 4th June-2016 with the Faridabad based supplier. Since no body turned up to attend our complaint, we lodged a complaint again on 15th June. A person named Mr. Ravi came to attend the complaint on 17th June around 4.50pm. He cheked the nozle and simply uttered the words " What is there, change it". I told him to show us the warranty clause. But again he irritated us by his reply.I I asked him who would change it. The reply was the same that you would change it. I insisted upon the warranty conditions, but he could not satisfy us. I ask him who will supply the part. His reply was get it from the market, we will not do it. His attitude of talking with a customer ie to us, was irritating.
My request to PARRYWARE executive:
Even after waiting for nearly 15 days, instead of attending the complaint and providing the solution, the product by PARRYWARE could not be repaired or replaced. I know nozle is available in the markete. But what is the warranty clause and satisfaction of the customer.
I am sure you will take the matter seriously, and save the other customer like us, from humiliation.

We have Wall mounted western toilet, in the water flush both the nobs are not working. where we have checked the inlet to the same water is going well. Flash Is not at all happening.
