I had purchased two new parryware WC in the months of Nov & Dec'14 as a part of my house renovation. However on 26th May'15 I found that a crack had developed on the plastic toilet seat & was also oinched on the thigh by the same. On checking the other WC seat the same crack was observed. Had it been one I could have blamed the usage however both seats were cracked exactly in the same place (under right thigh). The WC's are used solely for my family use. The service executive from company came in & said that this was owing to usage however I fail to understand how can a toilet seat crack under normal use ina span of 7 months. Also the earlier parryware WC with seat lasted for about 14 years without any issue yet we decided to change for a style upgrade with the same sort o[censored]sage. Currently on seat was completely broken & I have sent for replace on personal expense. Request if the company reconsiders & at least replaces/ reimburses for the seats.
Roca India / Parryware customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi We have placed the tap model:wall-mixer-3-in-1 [3 levers - left, middle, right] in our bathroom. This tap is purchased 2 years back. But for more than 1 month, we are facing a "Water leaking" problem from this tap. Even if we close left and right levers, still the water is not stopped completely. Meaning some drops keep on leaking from this tap. Only if we keep the "middle" lever in the centre position, the water leakage is getting stopped completely. When we checked with some local plumbers, they are saying this tap needs to be completely changed. Could you please let me know is there any warranty coverage exist for these taps ? Also can you let me know is this problem can be repaired without changing the complete tap ? If warranty exist can you please help to fix this problem ? Name: Jegan Area : Sholinganallur (Chennai)
    I am having the same problem, i have tried replacing the washer first and then the whole spindle, but still the water leaks drop by drop.. it is ridiculous if I have to replace the whole 3-1mixer tap instead of just a spindle.

      Hello Team Parry Parry is one of the most expensive product we have in India. Its very difficult for middle class people to buy it. I belongs to middle class only and after thinking so much i went for your product but now i am regretting for my decision. Your product is not working from the last One month and nobody comes in a support for it. We belong to Gwalior (MP) from where we bought this product. After complaining to them they said you need to complain to Customer Care support then only somebody (No idea who is that somebody) will come and fix it. Below is the Customer Care Reg No - Reg No- CGI155017 attended by Kalyan Singh I hope this is enough information for you guys to take action, please dont play with your customer. You are not giving anything on free, we are paying so please provide us the better product.

      Pathetic After sale service...no support... big disappointment from the commitment given by distributor.. no one should go for Parryware products.

        We bought 3 EWCs, 3 wash basins and other fittings from Parryware authorised dealer M/s.Alagu Sanitaryware, Coimbatore on 2/3/2015. When we took them out for installation, we fould one EWC and one lid was cracked. We reported it to the dealer and asked for replacements as they were not even installed. But the dealer asked us to register a complaint with Parryware customer care. Accordingly a complaint (no.CCB154001) was registered. Company service person came and inspected and refused to accept that it is a manufacturing defect and closed the complaint. Shocked to note that such a reputed company is not accepting defects and closing the complaint. Both the company and the dealer are washing their hands and we are suffering for no fault of ours. There is absolutely no response to emails sent to the company's email id [protected]@in.com on 3/5/15 and reminder on 26/5/15. We want an immediate replacement.
        It is the responsibility of both the selling dealer and purchaser to check the condition of the ceramic product while selling or purchasing...as some transportation damages or storage damages might occur...

        1.In case of transportation to dealer from company...if any damage occurred..the company will replace the piece... so every dealer checks for damages while unloading and claim replacement...

        2.In case of storage damage...its dealers own responsibility...

        3.In case of transportation from dealer to buyer
        if dealer is giving delivery...damage is dealers responsibility
        if buyer arranged transportation...its buyers responsibility...


        In your case you have not specified whether you have inspected the ewc's while taking custody from the buyer...if you have not...then its the cost of your irresponsibility...

        Anyway...there might be a small chance to recover damages or replacement if you fight with the dealer...

        ...IN THIS CASE THE COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO...
        We billed, paid and went in good faith. The dealer arranged despatch later from his godown through his regular delivery auto on freight to pay basis. We could inspect it only upon receipt and prior to installation. Shocked to see how easily both the company and the dealer wash off their hands, each pointing to the other.

          Sir, I purchased the parry ware EWC gasket method closet their was a problem of leakage.I called your customer care last month 28/10/14 and registered the complaint for the problem for that they sent one person to at tent .He told me its manufactured defect so we replace the flush tank then he gone again i called the service center regarding this matter they told me we give u new tank with 15day but still i will not receive any tank i tried your service center many more time they did not give a good response .Can you please tell this is the way to treat the customers I spend rs 13000/- for this tank now we bugging you to collect this tank .complaint number (CHH4A943 28/10/14) you need one month deliver the defective product pls take neccesary action to sort out this problem.               I have a list of complaint details which shows the incapability of the service center. ID NUMBER 1 : CCH47242 --> Call was attended after lot of escalation, just to provide a low quality shower which didn't have the force to spill out water, so we logged another complaint. ID NUMBER 2 :CCH48275 --> Not attended at all. ID NUMBER3 :CCH48760 --> Replaced the spare in hand shower and worked properly, so he got sign from my mother.After that he informed that the spare was for another customer, so he took back the replaced spare ( but didn't change the status in job card ).He told that he will come back later, but no response till now.

                  With reference to your Replacement Advice Service Record dated 13/6/2014 and above mentioned subject I would like to bring your kind attention to the negative behavior I have experienced from your office at Cochin. The staffs who handled my subject of complaint are one Mr. Manoj and M/s Anupama.

                  I had purchased a CAS SHELL FOR WH CISTERN AND ITS LID from your local dealer. As per my complaint regarding the replacement of damaged item a replacement advice service record was sent from Cochin office. Accordingly, I got the customer copy too. As per the dealer copy I visited the Dealer shop at Trivandrum and the material was unavailable there. Whenever I am enquiring about the subject at Cochin office they always replied to contact after two months. Afterwards I called them several times and they have the same reply. Hence I would like to know about the present status and developments regarding the above mentioned subject. And, I am requesting you to replace the material at the earliest.
                  Your kind attention in this subject is highly appreciated.

                    Very bad product and customer support from Parryware.

                    I am Sibiraj PR, I had purchased Parryware bath fittings and kitchen fittings 3 year back. Same time I purchased some Omco products and some local items. Now the Parryware products getting damaged one by one, still no issues for Omco products and local items. I have contacted their customer case (Complaint No: CTN45002, CTN47001) since it has 7 year guarantee. Very bad experience from them, its one month completed after my complaint registration....

                    As I have booked complaint on 06 of Feb . As I have called in the madurai service center the told that it has been attended by Nagarajan on 7 of feb But really it has not been attend the service person not even came to the home on 7 of feb and I again called to that person next day that is on 8 of feb and the service person told that I will come today, but the person not came on that day also. Again I Called to the toll free number on 11 of feb 4.30 pm they told that again we forwarded Ur complaint they will atten you by tomorrow but the next day also the service person not yet came to see the complaint. Again I have called to the madurai office on 14 of feb . At last they attended the service on 17 of feb. service person MR.Nagarajan just said in the office that i have attended the complaint on 7 of feb as full of lies and again he said lies that he have called to me(customer) that i have not attended the phone just full lies and blaming on the customer At last also the service person not at all cleared the complaints.

                        I have bought a Domestic pressure pump model A 100 and it has been traumatic experience since I bought it. Please do not buy this pump. The technicans are not coming on time, manufacture fault in the motor, false promises from area manager and no support from reseller as well. Entire value chain is lazy and does not understand customer problems. Parryware should not go into this business, if you can not buy proper motors and market it with proper customer service.

                              dr. sir,
                              we have installed two multi use wc seat covers of roca company.
                              in our home. and both the seat covers are not working at all.
                              one is having electric shock problem and the other one is not functioning
                              properly. we had purchesd one seat cover around of 28000 rs. and we are not
                              getting worth of it. we can't even use them.. we had complaint roca office in ahemdabad
                              many times and they always say that the technicians will come tomorrow and day after tomorrow.
                              some times they say that they had ordered new pcs. for replacement but nobody is coming.
                              we are facing this situation from last two months... so plz sir help us .....

                              Western Closet Flush not operating

                              The Roca Western Closet that we have, does not flush at all. We are manually pouring water to flush out every time.

                              This has happened on 16/5/2016.

                              Request you to please do the necessary repairs so that we can restore the normal functioning of the closet.

                                Initially I purchased a wall mixer simple of your company form an authorized shop one but later changed it to one with hand shower . He did not change the bill nor did I insist on good faith.
                                Its a week since I complained about it. They are just giving lip service . No one has turned up yet to look into the matter. Please suggest what I shall do?

                                  We brought a Parryware Wallhung closet during our house construction and now it broke and fell down after using for just 5 years. This closet is used sparingly as we have other bathrooms. The closet felldown when one o[censored]s were sitting on that. Thank God we just escaped from falling down. If we had also fallen down, will the company pay for that. Now after registering in their customer care, they told they will replace if we present the bill. But we have misplaced the bill. But the closet has a barcode sticker with is intact with all the details. But they are not ready to take that. Now they are not ready to replace without bill...

                                    We wish to register a complaint about Parry ware Euclid Pillar Tap 4nos purchased on 30/3/10 as per bill no.1772 from A2Z Sanitary wares.The photos of the defective pillar cocks are attached in this mail. Also we note that the Slimline Health Faucet knobs are regularly breaking. Please look into the matter urgently and replace the damaged pieces.
