I had purchased a Cardiff (Ivory) from M/s. Ceramix Pune. The plumbers of my Builder broke the Cardiff during fixing.

I forced my builder to give FOC replacement of same. He purchased it From M/s. Pooja Enterprises, Uruli Kanchan and delivered. I had fixed it at my own cost. The commode was found leaking. After huge follow up the technician from Parryware visited & confirmed that the Cardiff was having manufacturing defect. The replacement letter came after extensive follow up. Now I am awaiting the delivery of a replacement and now I am getting very rude and passive response from Pooja Enterprises and I am asked to talk thru my builder and contact the main dealer (I am being denied to give the number of the dealer).

The Sales engineer of Parryware Mr. Deependra Singh was very egoistic and was unable to digest my agony and pain of not having a toilet started even after 3 months from possesion of the new flat. The responses were passive and I was told that the retailer is a dealer of Hindware and has nil interest in resolving this issue. Then why he sold it to my builder & how Parryware allowed such thing?

I had a horrible experience with product quality, dealership, Parryware Customer care & parryware sales.
I have lost 3 months after spending Rs. 8000=00 and still my toilet is non-functional. I had further spent Rs.1000 in fixing the faulty commode and Parryware has not agreed to fix the commode free of cost.

Hence I urge people in India to beware of such facts and take a concious decision in choosing a correct company.

I had purchased a Parryware shower panel in June 2007 for a newly rennovated bathroom. The rennovation was completed inSeptember. In the month of October, the overhead shower was fallng apart. The small plastic parts came out of the overhead shower and became dysfunctional.

From OCtober 2007, I have conacted the dealer, Gupta Enteprise in GK and Parryware and have spokenwith several people from Parryware, including some Mr. Rao.
Last communication I had was in the month of May 2008, where I wasinformed that they will send some in next fe days. I also agreed to pay for the part.

With Regret, no one has even bothered to show up.

This is India. & we are expected to follow th policy of ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND DONOT BOTHER US WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS AS WE ARE INCOMPETENT TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCTS IN THE FIRST PLACE AS WE LIKE TO BUY FROM CHINA< LABEL IT AS PARRYWARE>

i had purchased a shower panel from agarwal sanitary for my new house in the beginning of this year. The waterfall and one sprinkler has not been functioning right from start. the same was informed to the dealer and i was advised to instal a pressure pump which i have done. the plumber visited the site and assured of returning with the requisite parts. its over a month now but there has been no response forthcoming. on contacting the dealer again, the plumber was contacted by the dealer. the plumber has now conveyed his inability to rectify the problem. now i have been advised to log in my complaint on the company's website.
you are requested to take note of my complaint and have the fault rectified at the earliest.

We register a complaint the service man will come and say we have checked the problem we need some parts and we will come tomorrow and repAIR it...That TOMORROW NEVER COMES. I have so many complaint numbers that have not been verified by the company as to whether we are satisfied or not.

BEWARE BEWARE, NEVER BUY PARRWARE OR WILL SUFFER EVERY WHERE
