I had purchased a Parryware shower panel in June 2007 for a newly rennovated bathroom. The rennovation was completed inSeptember. In the month of October, the overhead shower was fallng apart. The small plastic parts came out of the overhead shower and became dysfunctional.
From OCtober 2007, I have conacted the dealer, Gupta Enteprise in GK and Parryware and have spokenwith several people from Parryware, including some Mr. Rao.
Last communication I had was in the month of May 2008, where I wasinformed that they will send some in next fe days. I also agreed to pay for the part.
With Regret, no one has even bothered to show up.
This is India. & we are expected to follow th policy of ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND DONOT BOTHER US WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS AS WE ARE INCOMPETENT TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCTS IN THE FIRST PLACE AS WE LIKE TO BUY FROM CHINA< LABEL IT AS PARRYWARE>
