I have purchased the WC toilet covers. The product is not fitting properly.

I had requested for tap top cover change which was done thru Service Centre on[protected] Also i had paid Rs300 for the spare part changed . The receipt is also attached blow.

After few days the polish got rusted & while using it daily we are facing too much problems. After again registering the complaint at helpline number, we got a call back from Service Centre & saying that we will be charged Rs300 again for replacement of the same spare part.

I bought complete set of sanitary fittings for 4 Toilets from your Dealer Mr Raj Kumar from Kotla Mubarakpur. I am very sorry to state that your product are highly priced and very bad quality and very bad attitude of your sale person as he states he is not answerable for quality of product, for that company is answerable. I have heard first time of this reply from Authorized Sales person. I have bought 4 sets, and taken delivery of only 2 sets and unfortunately installed 1 set only and that only have numerous problems like WC while opening & closing making huge noise like something getting break and Top bath shower runs only till I hold the nob which relates to very very bad quality.
I already lodged a complaint at your customer care number and my complaint id is CNOI/250423/15 and request to be attended on urgent basis and secondly as by experiencing your very bad quality and poor response of your sales person I request you to get it return my one set which is not yet installed lying at my end and thirdly for rest 2 sets whatever advance I submitted at your sales representative end to get me returned back as I don't want to burn my fingers more.

Worst customer service on resolving the complaint

I was ordered the product western toilet 2 nos upper lids, before 4 months back. Till now company not delivered the product.

When ever I try to call the customer service they are just registering the ticket, but the issue not solved till today.

If they are not giving proper customer service why they sold the special product.

This is the worst customer service .

Registered a complaint on 31st Jan that newly installed commode is throwing water outside the commode on flushing but its been 1.5 months, only 2 visits has happened but nothing else. Is there a SLA when complaint would be closed. Should we keep struggling with faulty product..

A wall-concealed cistern was installed a year back & still under warranty against which I have a conversation with parryware during installation which itself is proof that it was installed a year back. Now, as if I cannot find the invoice they are denying my service and refusing to repair in warranty.

Initially the customer care were ready for repairing the same and came to my place but after getting the fact that some components...

The water keeps running have made several attempts to resolve this issue under warranty but so far have gotten no response from the company service center and the builder

Water from toilet Flush tank started leaking. So I called customer care.
Sometime back one service person came and said that s unit in the flush tank has to be replaced and it is not available.
I purchased one set of internal parts along with my toilet set, as advised by salesperson at that time, when I was working in EID parry
To day, service person Mr.Gokul, who came to my house said that internal parts have to be changed. I told him that I have genuine parts purchased from Parryware.
He refused to replace the parts.
He said that they will supply the parts and fix only those parts.
I have original, genuine parts purchased from Parryware. with Parryware seals.
I don't understand as to why the service person refused to change parts from Parryware.
I suspect that this is a scam to cheat the customer that they will only supply parts and fix those parts only, though the parts I have also are also original.
Is there any instruction that customer should not buy parts from Roca Parryware and those parts should not be fitted.

We had installed parryware single seat commode with lot of trust in parryware product but within few months it started leaking, when I called customer service they sent the technician first, before stepping in our House and before checking the problem he just started telling it won't be product problem it' will be your problem this that, but still calmly we asked him to check the product first and remedy, he took photos and vanished for 2...

I raised a complaint online and also called the customer care no[protected] to register a complaint regarding the shower panel. It is now 2 weeks there is no response. I have been repeatedly calling their CC number but there has been no action. Regret having purchased Roca products. Pathetic after sales service.

Complaint has been registered :CBD/050922/01 on 05/09/22 but no one has still attending the complaint one dual tap and one toilet flush is not working for last one week and no progress despite many reminders on your WhatsApp number please resolve the issue at earliest

Roca consealed cistern is leaking

I am using roca cistern toilet, in this i am having no water problem.
