Request you to take actions to return and refund the Parryware shower model T9838A1 (Self cleaning white Faceplate) brought on 11th October evening 4.0 pm at SLV ceramics, Sarajapura Road Bangalore. I have returned the products on 12th October 2023 9.0 am since it is not working as per my requirements.

The SLV ceramics is not ready to take return and refund the amount and they suggested to write to Parryware directly.
I have raised a complaint at Parryware customer care with complaint number: CBAN/251023/25. The customer care executive mentioned, they will not be able to help in this regard. Attached the Bill details, Product details and snaps of the product with current conditions.

Request you to take required action to accept the return and refund the amount at the earliest. Thanking you.

We have leakage in our concealed flushtank from last 15 days. We complained about it in the company and no one has came to solve the problem we are facing so much problem. Everytime we make a call they say that the product is in transit but still the product has not yet came and even they are not answering the call also. We are not satisfied with the customer service of the company. Please help us to solve our problem

On 21st November 2018, I purchased a C8814 Venus Single Piece Syphonic Closet (305mm strap - white) from one of Parryware distributors, Kalliyath Sanitary Centre, located at Mavoor Road, Calicut, Kerala .Initially, the closet functioned flawlessly, providing no cause for concern.
However, after two years o[censored]sage, the closet started experiencing intermittent blockages. Concerned about this issue, I promptly reached out to the customer care department, and a technician from Parryware visited my residence twice to inspect the closet. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to identify the root cause of the problem and left without implementing any substantial solution.
Presently, the situation has worsened, and flushing the closet results in erratic outcomes. At times, the waste flushes smoothly, while on other occasions, it becomes severely blocked, causing the closet bowl to fill up. To alleviate the blockage, I have to resort to using a plunger, leading to significant inconvenience and embarrassment, particularly when we have guests visiting our home.
Due to my orthopaedic disability and my 80-year-old mother's lumbar spondylitis, this recurring problem with the Venus Siphonic Closet is causing tremendous difficulty and discomfort. We are compelled to use the upstairs bathrooms, which is an arduous task for both o[censored]s, and leaves us feeling embarrassed when hosting guests.
Hence, I kindly request intervention and support in resolving this matter from the relevant authorities at Parryware to conduct a thorough investigation into the issue and implement a lasting solution.

I have bought a mixure, two angle valve and wash basin tap from parryware sanitary hosiarpur sector 51 Noida . The mixture is bad from the day it was fiited and no of complain were raised as there was hardly water flow from the mixture, but different reasons every time .Lastly, now when a service person visited today i.e 5/7/2023, he was rude and behaved badly. Tried to hoodwinked us . Removed mesh from washbasin tap and put in the mixer to show water flow. When asked to see the flow in shower also, he said not my job and left without doing the job .

Expect change of product and professional response with proper action against the individual.

I purchased 3 Cardiff closets, 3 wash basins, 3 sets of wall mixters and other bathroom accessories from Velmurugan Harware and Tiles shop in chennai. We found one closet is having a manufacturing defect ( a small crack found while fixing it). So I logged a online complaint and WhatsApp complaint for the issue . Your technician visited our place and took videos and photos and told me that I will receive a call in 2 days, and I was waiting for your call . Yesterday (28/6/23)I got a call from Mr.Natraj, mob number [protected] and I was told that replacement will be given today (29/623). But today when I called him, he said quality control rejected it and they wont replace it.

Mr. Natraj also told me to ask the shop where i purchased the producr for replacement. When I checked with the shop, they said ater sales, support and replacements are handled directly by Parryare. I never expected Parryware would supply defective products to customers and refused to replace defective products. . I purchased Parryware products thinking that Parryware products are good quality and deliver customers only genuine products and provide good customer support. But now I loosing the confidence with Parryware products and experiencing pathetic customer support.
I am requesting you to please replace the defective product immediately.

I have purchased the WC toilet covers. The product is not fitting properly.

I had requested for tap top cover change which was done thru Service Centre on[protected] Also i had paid Rs300 for the spare part changed . The receipt is also attached blow.

After few days the polish got rusted & while using it daily we are facing too much problems. After again registering the complaint at helpline number, we got a call back from Service Centre & saying that we will be charged Rs300 again for replacement of the same spare part.

I bought complete set of sanitary fittings for 4 Toilets from your Dealer Mr Raj Kumar from Kotla Mubarakpur. I am very sorry to state that your product are highly priced and very bad quality and very bad attitude of your sale person as he states he is not answerable for quality of product, for that company is answerable. I have heard first time of this reply from Authorized Sales person. I have bought 4 sets, and taken delivery of only 2 sets and unfortunately installed 1 set only and that only have numerous problems like WC while opening & closing making huge noise like something getting break and Top bath shower runs only till I hold the nob which relates to very very bad quality.
I already lodged a complaint at your customer care number and my complaint id is CNOI/250423/15 and request to be attended on urgent basis and secondly as by experiencing your very bad quality and poor response of your sales person I request you to get it return my one set which is not yet installed lying at my end and thirdly for rest 2 sets whatever advance I submitted at your sales representative end to get me returned back as I don't want to burn my fingers more.

Worst customer service on resolving the complaint

I was ordered the product western toilet 2 nos upper lids, before 4 months back. Till now company not delivered the product.

When ever I try to call the customer service they are just registering the ticket, but the issue not solved till today.

If they are not giving proper customer service why they sold the special product.

This is the worst customer service .

Registered a complaint on 31st Jan that newly installed commode is throwing water outside the commode on flushing but its been 1.5 months, only 2 visits has happened but nothing else. Is there a SLA when complaint would be closed. Should we keep struggling with faulty product..

A wall-concealed cistern was installed a year back & still under warranty against which I have a conversation with parryware during installation which itself is proof that it was installed a year back. Now, as if I cannot find the invoice they are denying my service and refusing to repair in warranty.

Initially the customer care were ready for repairing the same and came to my place but after getting the fact that some components need to be replaced, they denied. It is also pertinent to mention that initially some amount of water was being flushed but not it is not even releasing a single drop.

A person puts all his money & trust to parryware only with the hope of better service and better product but this type of incoordination is hurtful.

No one deserves this from a giant sanitary company.
Kindly look into this matter soon and provide me with a service that is justified.

The water keeps running have made several attempts to resolve this issue under warranty but so far have gotten no response from the company service center and the builder

Water from toilet Flush tank started leaking. So I called customer care.
Sometime back one service person came and said that s unit in the flush tank has to be replaced and it is not available.
I purchased one set of internal parts along with my toilet set, as advised by salesperson at that time, when I was working in EID parry
To day, service person Mr.Gokul, who came to my house said that internal parts have to be changed. I told him that I have genuine parts purchased from Parryware.
He refused to replace the parts.
He said that they will supply the parts and fix only those parts.
I have original, genuine parts purchased from Parryware. with Parryware seals.
I don't understand as to why the service person refused to change parts from Parryware.
I suspect that this is a scam to cheat the customer that they will only supply parts and fix those parts only, though the parts I have also are also original.
Is there any instruction that customer should not buy parts from Roca Parryware and those parts should not be fitted.

We had installed parryware single seat commode with lot of trust in parryware product but within few months it started leaking, when I called customer service they sent the technician first, before stepping in our House and before checking the problem he just started telling it won't be product problem it' will be your problem this that, but still calmly we asked him to check the product first and remedy, he took photos and vanished for 2 months, we tried calling him repeatedly with no response, again we called customer service second time then they arranged one more technician visit and he called one of his senior with video call and that person without any technical justification is telling that plumber has put cement down so the commode has cracked, now my patience is getting out and i am requesting company to provide there proper answer with resolution or else I will be forced to go to consumer court to find a legal solution for this.hope my problem would be solved by company in a pleasing way

The push button on toilet is not working

I raised a complaint online and also called the customer care no[protected] to register a complaint regarding the shower panel. It is now 2 weeks there is no response. I have been repeatedly calling their CC number but there has been no action. Regret having purchased Roca products. Pathetic after sales service.
