Worst experience from Parryware Service team, Sales Team, Customer care & authorized dealer t

I've bought two seats which is one of the PREMIUM PARRYWARE PRODUCT and got issue in water jet socket just AFTER THE USE OF 2 WEEKS. Now my complaint CML/020222/04 lodged from last three weeks and still don't have any proper update.
1. Why Parryware is manufacturing such products if they don't have their spare parts in stock.
2. Service Team is the pathetic experience, they don't answer your call, queries. I really experienced...

Toilet seat hinge repair has been refused and I am being forced to purchase a brand new toilet seat cover

Our toilet which not even 3 years old. Used maybe only for 1 and half years (guest room), the hinges of the toilet seat cover have come off. When I contacted parryware customer service, they claim that they do not manufacture spare parts like hinges and that the only solution is to buy a brand new toilet seat cover which will cost approx 5k. This is utter nonsense and forceful way of holding a customer ransom by not servicing or repairing...

Complaint pending for the last 5 months

Have made an complaints in the month of Oct 21 regarding seat water tank push button not working. I was issued complaint number CAM/211021/02. Invoice and others details was provided as asked for on whatapp. However 5 months have been passed but i am still waiting for repair work. As i was posted in Leh hence could not persued matter regularly with the company. Matter was again taken up with company on whatapp in the month of Jan 22 and surprisingly...

Toilet seat not working properly, keep falling

I purchased the toilet seat from the shop but I am getting the problem with its seat, seat keep falling down and not standing if we open it.
I have complaint about this but no one is coming it's going to be one month for complain. Customer care just saying it will be done but no one is coming to solve the problem.

Nominee is turning up for my wallmixture complaint only once 1 person came on that day power was not their.its worst service and people who comes Lso doesn't no what the problem is. They does video calling to others and ask them for the problem, this is really embarrassing situation for parryware...

Parryware Seat Flush is not working properly

We have purchased Parryware Astral Seat and it is not working properly since the day it was installed in our bathroom.
The flush is not working properly and the dirt is not going along with water even after 2-3 times of pressing flush.
One of the Parryware Engineer came to fix the problem but the problem is still the same and the engineer also accepted that the seat was not good.br...
