I've bought two seats which is one of the PREMIUM PARRYWARE PRODUCT and got issue in water jet socket just AFTER THE USE OF 2 WEEKS. Now my complaint CML/020222/04 lodged from last three weeks and still don't have any proper update.
1. Why Parryware is manufacturing such products if they don't have their spare parts in stock.
2. Service Team is the pathetic experience, they don't answer your call, queries. I really experienced heights of ignorance.
3. Customer care puts everything n Service Center nd Service Center puts everything n Customer Care. Where do I go t get the issue resolve ?
I need replacement of both seats as I can't wait anymore as already it's been 3 weeks. And what's the stability of the spare parts which was broken of both seats within 2 weeks after installation, now I don't have patience left to face this harassment from Parryware team again.

Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't get any call, email and any kind information from the company yet, it got really frustrating now. I already made around 100 of calls to different persons in parryware, around 3-4 rounds to their service center
