I have purchased 5 parryware Slimline Cistern Economy White, Delivery Dated 23/02/2022 from M/S Ray Indra Chandra, 146, S.P Mukherjee Road Kolkata -19.Out of 5 Cistern, one Cistern LID has CRACK when UNBOXED from packing.I have raised a complain on16/03/2022 having complain no 'CCA/160322/02' through parryware cust care number shared by Dealer. Service Engineer visited my place on 16/03/2022 and confirm as a manufacturing defect. On 17/0/2022 Service engineer came to my place with a replacement product which is of local quality. Its does not match with the quality of product came with BOX packing. My cistern is new and during unboxing it was discovered as broken. Why should it has been replaced with local quality product (Top cover/ Lid). I am expecting to replace with same quality product.

Pop up fitting glue quality is so poor that ceramic cover pulled up from brass fitting.

Parryware Geyser is not working

I have purchased a Parryware Slimline Flesh Tank from Neethi Sanitaries & Tiles in Pilathara, Kannur District, Kerala.Upon installation its found malfunctioning and raised complaint with the company on 08.03.2022. The ticket no. is CCN/08032204. Even after four days waiting this issue is not attended nor resolved.

I purchased a wall hung Toilet seat from your dealer Vivaans Enterprises G.T Road Kundli Sonipat Haryana . The Toilet seat had a leakage for which i complaint to the customer care on 14/12/2021. Complaint No. CSP/141221/02. Your service engineer Mr. Amrish Kumar visited the site and told me that it is a manufacturing Defect and your toilet seat will be replaced after that on 30/12/2021 i received a massage that my complaint has been resolved. after that i contacted Mr Amrish Kumar again and he told me that my toilet seat has been approved, and he gave me the code no and told me that your dealer from which i have purchased the seat will give me the replaced seat. I contacted him and he started giving me excuses and said to me that company sales man Mr Sameer is denying to send the seat and it is not his responsibility and if you want your seat than you have to pay for the transportation or go to Delhi and bring your seat from the godown in kanjawala Delhi. NOw you see sir if this kind of service is provided to your customer by your sales officer and dealers it will surely tarnish the reputation of the company . Its almost 4 months and if have a pure soul than you can understood the harassment given to me by the company, so now I have decided to go to the consumer court and settle my dispute

My toilet seat is faulty the jet packing provided with it is not working well also screws was failed

Washroom flash is not working

I've bought two seats which is one of the PREMIUM PARRYWARE PRODUCT and got issue in water jet socket just AFTER THE USE OF 2 WEEKS. Now my complaint CML/020222/04 lodged from last three weeks and still don't have any proper update.
1. Why Parryware is manufacturing such products if they don't have their spare parts in stock.
2. Service Team is the pathetic experience, they don't answer your call, queries. I really experienced...

Water flow not working properly, pressure hole not working

The company not replaced loset cover . (Damage occurred in the guarantee period) More over inordinate delay in responding.

Our toilet which not even 3 years old. Used maybe only for 1 and half years (guest room), the hinges of the toilet seat cover have come off. When I contacted parryware customer service, they claim that they do not manufacture spare parts like hinges and that the only solution is to buy a brand new toilet seat cover which will cost approx 5k. This is utter nonsense and forceful way of holding a customer ransom by not servicing or repairing small parts and asking us to buy brand new ones.

Flushing not working with full pressure

Have made an complaints in the month of Oct 21 regarding seat water tank push button not working. I was issued complaint number CAM/211021/02. Invoice and others details was provided as asked for on whatapp. However 5 months have been passed but i am still waiting for repair work. As i was posted in Leh hence could not persued matter regularly with the company. Matter was again taken up with company on whatapp in the month of Jan 22 and surprisingly a new complaint number has been issed i.e CAM/310122/05. However, 16 days again been lapse but still repair not carried out. This is really a shame for such an big company. I am on regular touch on whatapp with company on mb no. [protected]. This is my last request and now i am forced to take up this matter with the consumer court.

I have installed Parryware concealed cistern but the water is flowing from it continuously. It's not stopping.

I have installed roca concealed tank in washroom and water is getting leaked continuously in seat..

Parryware closet Cardiff syphon needs replacement

I purchased the toilet seat from the shop but I am getting the problem with its seat, seat keep falling down and not standing if we open it.
I have complaint about this but no one is coming it's going to be one month for complain. Customer care just saying it will be done but no one is coming to solve the problem.
Please help
