Nominee is turning up for my wallmixture complaint only once 1 person came on that day power was not their.its worst service and people who comes Lso doesn't no what the problem is. They does video calling to others and ask them for the problem, this is really embarrassing situation for parryware

        We have purchased Parryware Astral Seat and it is not working properly since the day it was installed in our bathroom.
        The flush is not working properly and the dirt is not going along with water even after 2-3 times of pressing flush.
        One of the Parryware Engineer came to fix the problem but the problem is still the same and the engineer also accepted that the seat was not good.
        Second time we complaint and the complaint was closed automatically.
        Now we are struggling to get the solution and not able to understand what we have to do to get the solution.
        We have marriage in our house and we are not able to use our bathroom due to this problem.
        Please help us. We are facing a lot many problems. If we would be knowing that we will get this pathetic service from Parryware then we would have not purchased it. We have lost s trust on them.

              I have purchased CP fitting of your company . However, one Stop Cock turned faulty. I have registered a complaint from the same No. Bearing compliant No. 120122/11. But till date, after the lapse one month, the technician /engineer does not visited the said site. I have received a OTP from your end and also the name of the technician namely Mudasir Khan who was supposed to visit the site, but failed reasons better known to him I am writing this complaint now as final and if again my greivience will not be solved, I will move towards consumer court. Regards.

                The pipe goes under WC making it very difficult to fix the leakage in WC.
                The worst WC i ever purchased.
                How can the design is so faulty and its shiwcased on the display??

                    I have purchased a parryware camod before 2-3 months. And after usage of 15 days camod Seat cover Angel is broken ...I have asking the seller from where I have purchased the product... But he is not ready for help ang giving date and date only...

                              I had already lodged complaint for broken seat cover of eden single suit vide comp.no CMG/020122/1. Since my complaint is pending for long time I have approached your customer care at bangalore but nobody is interested in resolving the issue. I feel myself helpless and planning to approach consumer fourm for resolving the issue. The product itself has manufacturing defect as it does not fit on surface. Kindly take action to replace the same urgently as wait period has passed away else I will approach consumer fourm
