ON 16th Oct a person from Parryware visited and tried to rectify the problem on the wall mixer and informed that its an issue in the product and needs to replaced but then he has gone and not turned up. Poor service by parryware. Disappointed. Now not picking up call and not solving the problem .

We were supplied a cracked flush tank which neither the company or dealer is prepared to replace Each says it's the other to do it

Our Parryware Closet flush is not working... kindly send your staff for the repair work...

My ceramic one piece western toilet/commode cover is not being fitted on its way where it is to be and it's always coming out and falls please make that ok it's been not an year for me to purchase that and it's showing such problem please kindly send someone to make that ok...

I have purchased one single pc commode prime from Bharat Sanitary Damana square on 11.03.2021, fitted by local experienced plumber one wk back, I found the water coming slowly during pressing flushing button and water coming also nor of sufficient quantity, on opening the plumber fund that water is filled up to half of the tank.

I need service, kindly arrange service technician. I will pay the service charges

The base of the vanity got broken

We are brought the product from M/s. Friends Kunnamkualam, kerala. We where registered our Compliants on your Customercare team and they were visited 3-4 times and each time are paying the service charges. As per them the subject product was discontinued hence they were unable to fix the issue, the issue was waste is not washing out and its sucking mechanism is malfunctioning. Your service adviser is telling there was a component was damaged and it should be replaced. We were following up with them and they telling that particular component is not available. We are very much disappointed about this product and the poor response of your team. We need a permanent solution for this issue and we hereby request to replace this closet with other type of closet. Waiting for your response

Two months ago Parryware technicians came and service for our closest, still now its not working.please sent your technicians.

We have purchase western toilet basin, but our bad luck it was broken on the top cover of flushing one. I have raised complaint request for replacement past one month before. Recently purchased Parryware India WC, Very Poor plastic quality and regular rusting on brackets / bolts which is spoiling the look and pathetic services. No proper customer care. Infact, the stamp of the product has been removed after using the product. May be Roca or Parryware are selling second hand or cheap material now.

On 19/08/2020 i have purchased an parryware single piece Wc C896646 aster single piece and got it installed on 29/08/2020 after installation i was facing multiple problems like the water use to go very slow when flushed and once the tank is filled with water it automatically starts coming in the pot i have registered my complain on the given number and tried to speak multiple times to your customer support executive but i didn't got any response from your team. So i request you to kindly resolve my issue

I have a request to you plz listen my concern.I have purchased so many things of parryware brand .and one by one things are breaking..at starting time a good service given by you..but now no one listening our problems related to your brand's things..we are waiting from a long time period..Now I am frustrated to your late service and have called many times to ur customer care also.
I am trying to repair / replace my broken things for a long time..but no one is hearing about my concern..
I have raised complaint on April month / before covid lockdown..but not get your service till now..and have faced many problems.. all things are related to plumbing.. I have purchased all plumbing material on September/October of 2020 year and the warranty period is for 5 years. only one year is going on and no service is available by your brand..What will be happened for upcoming years ?? parryware is a big brand but now feeling sad for very late service...
for proof I have nothing because Since April your service isn't providing to customers any msg of regarding complaint number.
I hope you will help regarding my concern..
