I purchased a wall hung Toilet seat from your dealer Vivaans Enterprises G.T Road Kundli Sonipat Haryana . The Toilet seat had a leakage for which i complaint to the customer care on 14/12/2021. Complaint No. CSP/141221/02. Your service engineer Mr. Amrish Kumar visited the site and told me that it is a manufacturing Defect and your toilet seat will be replaced after that on 30/12/2021 i received a massage that my complaint has been resolved. after that i contacted Mr Amrish Kumar again and he told me that my toilet seat has been approved, and he gave me the code no and told me that your dealer from which i have purchased the seat will give me the replaced seat. I contacted him and he started giving me excuses and said to me that company sales man Mr Sameer is denying to send the seat and it is not his responsibility and if you want your seat than you have to pay for the transportation or go to Delhi and bring your seat from the godown in kanjawala Delhi. NOw you see sir if this kind of service is provided to your customer by your sales officer and dealers it will surely tarnish the reputation of the company . Its almost 4 months and if have a pure soul than you can understood the harassment given to me by the company, so now I have decided to go to the consumer court and settle my dispute
