Roca India / Parryware — Flush not upto the mark, product not getting flushed in one go

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had purchased 2 wc of parryware 6 month back and the same was fitted under supervision of your representative. However, we are facing this issue since day one. We had raised multiple complaint pertaining to this issue but your representative failed to resolve our query. Every time your representative make videos of our wc flushing issue but there is no concrete resolution to address our issue. It becomes very embarrassing when we have guests at home and flush is not functioning well. We request your team to please address our issue at the earliest and resolve it once and for all.
