Sir... I have always using parryware bathroom products as it never produced any problems.. But now i am deeply sad that my both parryware closets are getting cracks and also my washbasins,... I did change one of them... But now i am forced file a complaint as all my parryware products are getting cracks.. My complaint num is cer/141017/03... And mr. A Antony was supposed to attend. I called him over phone and he asked if i had a bill... Which unfortunately i missed it... He has asked me to whatsapp the pic of the closets... I have lost my belief in parryware products and customer care... And would never suggest to anyone because of my bad experience... If possible do reply in a favouring manner...
