Roca India / Parryware — Product not replaced under warranty even after 2months of complaint | |||
I've purchased Parryware Single piece toilet seat from "Shanti enterprises, Ghaziabad (201001)" on[protected] and 3 days later its seat cover's hydraulic system got failed. I filed the complaint with Parryware customer care (complaint number: CGH/270821/02 ) Their technician came and agreed that part is faulty and its replacement was approved. Since then, i have followed up several times using their customer care whatsapp number, email, phone number but the part is not replaced even after 2months of complaint.
