Dear sir, I had purchased all bathroom fittings from roka parryware.in 17 months its second time my shower head has been broken. One time it was replaced by shanti enterprise but this time they are saying it can happen and they wont replace. If a shower head cant work for 2 years than why should we purchase your product. They are saying that they take gurantee only for six months but if bathroom fittings will work only for 6 months than how can a middle class survive. Was this information helpful? | |
