I have registered a complaint regarding toilet flush three months before.Still the service man came for repair. Every time I call they say please wait for two days.It's being three months am waiting.My complaint register number is CIU161001.Now am fed up of calling the worst customer care ever.Finally decided to buy a new one replacing the entire set.

The customer care called the very next day and said that they will repair within a day.The very next day the service man came and repaired

issue not solved after 4 months. Few nut and bolts spare part not avialbe,

Compliant number CHY49181 Even After 4 months issue is not solved. Few nut and bolts spare part not available, so throw the 20k commode. If the spare parts are not available why the hell you sell the product?
