Rockett Commerce — Miracle Lid

I put an order for the "miracle lids" on Aug 14, 2020. I receive an email then saying that my order was confirmed, but never got an email or a phone number where to write or call them.Never recieved the product and never got a refund. The email was from @rockettcommerce.com. In that email they said that my order was getting ready to be shipped and that they would notify when it was sent. Never received the product or any emial.
