Rockettcommerce — I just want an update on my order, when my goods will be delivered

I order the magic lids on 19 May 2020. through facebook

I received and confirmation email and payment has been taken from my card. I have tried on several occasions by difference email addresses including [protected]@rockettcommerce.com (note two 'Ts') but all of them have been unable to be delivered. I am unable to get hold of the company to find our where my order is( number #03169Eof 29). I just want an update on my order, when my goods will be delivered, if not then a refund would be good.
