I placed an order for 2 'neck pillows' on 17 July 2020 with a value of £47.94. I've received several emails from the company containing fake tracking details and meaningless assurances that the goods are on the way.

Judging by the many complaints I've seen about this company, I am of the opinion that everything they purport to supply is in fact a simple scam based on many low value transactions which customers will tend to...

I placed my order on July 28, 2020 and have not received them. I received an email on July 30, 2020 saying my order was on its way but nothing. The tracking # is SF[protected] and order # is C64EC99DB7 . I would like a refund.
I don't " think" this tracking # even exist. OH, the amount $29.93.

Ordered these, (buy two packs, get one pack free) paI’d £19.94 and haven’t received lids as yet. Not had any communication from this ‘company’ to inform me of order being dispatched or order number...nothing!! I have messaged them on their ‘messenger’ site and my message hasn’t even been read, no response whatsoever.
How do I deal with this issue - do I request the bank to refund me my money or will they not be able...

On the 6th june order lids. I was given order no fc2d062758. After receiving an email saying my order was getting ready for dispatch the email was a no reply email so have been unable to get in touch...

I received and confirmation email and payment has been taken from my card. I have tried on several occasions by difference email addresses including [protected]@rockettcommerce.com (note two 'Ts') but all of them have been unable to be delivered. I am unable to get hold of the company to find our where my order is( number #03169Eof 29). I just want an update...
