I have purchased a combo offer Samsung power bank 25000 mAh with Free 64 gb memory card and Branded Handsfree amount rs.999 & shipping charge rs. 99, total 1098 Rs but power bank is fake & duplicate and I have no received hands free.
Please help me to solve the problem.

I have purchase moto g4plus month of dec 2017. Rocking deal team send damaged mobil. After 15 days send courier rocking deal excuative my convertation send mibil rocking deal office address. After 30 days courier send mobil delevered. But mobil not repaired same condition mobil despatched. Rocking deal custmer care excutive my not pic call my call black list mode in system. India no 1 wrost service rocking deal. What i do? Suggest me.

I bought a nexus 5 phone which upon delivery by the courier agent i intentionally didn't accept because i had already ordered a different phone form different providers but when the parcel, was returned to rocking deals via dtdc (Through rto). They still didn't give me the refund the phone cost was rs 5477 and was paid only through payumoney to technix electronics pvt ltd on 14/7/2017 but to date the consumer care executive just make excuses that they haven't still received the product/they will refund me within 24 hrs or by saturday or by next week etc. But until today i haven't still received the refund.

I ordered set of 2 shirts of denim brand. Rocking combo sent me defective and used shirts and now i am unable to contact them as they have given wrong contact number on site. Rockingcombo.com shipped these shirts through delhivery. They picked the order from hisar (Rockingcombo's location) and shipped to mahuva (My location). Please look into the matter. They are making fools by sending defective material. Please take necessary action.

I had ordered 5 piece of partywerar shirts in xxl size through facebook page of rocking combo and also received confirmation for that. When i received the delivery on 16 november it's the totally wrong product also i received used product in that. I want to complain as this is the fraud being done by company as they show the branded shirts and sending the used one. Please do quick action and arrange a return charge me 1100 for the shipping and prouducy

I'd contacted several times but not yet received a genuine reply, also complined against about this seller to ebay site and they're suspend my account. I don't know what's the reason!

The whuch iwas using infocus m260 is not working due to problem in mother board the phone has been kept in the service centre for days more than one and half and i have used the phone phone for only few days and started giving problem when i contacted amazon they u shall try to repair the phone
But ashamed to say that the service centre are not intrested in repairing the phone whenever they are contacted they give us only dates so its my request to you to loo in the matter

I order a mobile in ebay seller is rocking deals but they sended damaged mobile after i received the mobile i was complaint to ebay but they are not given correct answer and they given seller contact number then i contacted seller they also not providing any solution.after that I contact seller so many times but they are not responding..pls take my complaint and pls resolve it

I have purchased the above mentioned smartphone six days ago online vide order no. 97489058 for rs 5028/-. The imei no. Of the said mobile is [protected]. The problem is that this phone is not reading any sim of any service provider despite following the instructions as laid down in the manual. Further the second slot for the sim is also not reading it. Please remedy the problem.

I had purchased lenovo a269i mobile with 6 months warranty (As listed in ebay) on 18th july 2016. From last week i observed an issue with display and mobile being shutting down automatically. I took it to the lenovo service center in indiranagar, bangalore and got to know that the warranty has expired for the mobile. Also during their investigation they told that there is no imei mentioned on the invoice provided by the seller. When imei was checked against the box provided it was not matching and it was totally different. Hence due to all these reason the service guys are not ready to provide the letter head which is asked by the seller.

Dear sir,
I purchase datawind 7cz tablet from ebay. When i recieved it.
On display their is some internal black small line. Back cover is also scraches.
I used for 2 days and it is dead only that company logo is coming on screen.
On 3rd day i given the call to ebay.
As per their instruction send them images of tablet.
But they rejected the claim.

I am fallow to the seller but nubers on bill are not in working.
Also manufacturer numbers are not working.
What to do in this condition.

Hi i have recently purchased xiomi mi4i 16 gb.
From ladt three days its not charging every time have to fastboot many times and then it charges and then again the same
Problem.
The battery drains bery fast does not support even for an hour i am sufgering a huge loss as i am unable to use the phone
Please replace it or fix it asap

We all learn from out mistakes.

I too had very annoying and pathetic experience with these guys.. Before purchasing item everything is fine.. After i brought product later on i came to know that the products doesn't have any warranty lol that was unexpected. No positive response from them lol .. Now i am in middle of nowhere.

Avoid this store else learn from your mistake :) ..

One start because that's mandatory ..

Only 5 days phones started showing no sim detected.. MI center are refusing to accept warranty claim.. U had sold the phone saying 6 month manufacturer warranty...
After paying in xiaomi service centre they checked and told it's motherboard problem. . New motherboard is 9000..what the hell I want my money back
