Rohit — Complaining for Stray dog

I’m the resident of vijay vihar phase 2 rohini near b.d jain public school .I would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 4-5 stray dogs are there in the area, I live in. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. Recently, two of the dogs has gone Mad. These dogs bark on anybody they see and also chase from behind, there were cases in the past that they ran to chase me. It was raining and I was helpless being chased by the bunch of dogs.
