Rohit Khatri Fitness — not refunding money

I am Raghavraj gupta a subscriber of youtube channel ROHIT Khatri Fitness. He has a instagram page "rohitkhatrifitness" on which he provide paid online coaching service. I bought subscribe that service for Rs3000 for 3 months coaching. I had paid him on 30 July 2019. In this coaching he had to give me 4 diet plans and exercises schedule. But after giving only 1 diet plan for a month I had asked him many times to cut the fees of 1 month and please refund my money of remaining 2 months. He is not ready to refund my money and not giving me diet plans also, I had called him various times but he disconnect the call everytime by making different excuses. I had paid him Rs3000 through Paytm.
