Romba Gifts — Fraud company simply taking money and not delivering gift item as well not refunding money

I order some gift which suppose to deliver Bhubaneswar, they didn't deliver gift. When i called to the mention support no. they are not even receiving the calls.
After 3-4 days I called from different no. to ask the refund request, they are saying there is no refund criteria for our side. We r only taking money from people not refunding the money. This is kind of scam for the general people who don't know all these policies.
