We are a vendor from Ahmedabad, Gujarat; having our own online gift shop like rombagifts.com. We had delivered orders for their customers in February, March - 2015 locally in Ahmedabad, we are still waiting for the payment (This is July, 2015). They collect payment before getting it delivered from their customers, but don't give payment to their vendors. They are the worst company in terms of customer service and ethics.
Even after following up on email and phone, they have never replied on email. On phone, the only answer they have is that it will be done in few days. After few days when I call, its the same story again.
I warn all the vendors working for them, to stop working, otherwise you will not get your payments.

After many followups n calls still month of Mar- 16, Apr-16 payment not done.
Every time we trust as per commitment and they are prove that it's our big mistake .
This is not the right way to treat vendor who serve their customer behalf of company and create the brand image of their company.
At least they have to clear the payment on month to month bases also not gave a proper date for payment clearance.
