My customer id is [protected]. For the last month and half i have been talking to your customer service people to get a refund for the amount paid by me as an advance for three months.
I got your connection installed in july, made a payment for three months and disconnected it by end of july as the service worked for hardly five days during this time. From then till now i have made over 20 calls to your customer service and every time they make me repeat my story with no empathy towards the customer. Your methods of dealing with the customer is torturous. The last three times (Last being yesterday) i have called, i have been promised that i will get a call back within the next 24 hours to resolve my issue. I was supposed to get a call today between 2pm - 4pm. I haven't received any communication from you until now. What kind of a company are you, you don't make call notes on customer interactions and literally push people to the wall and disrespect them; mentally torture by making them repeat their problems a zillion times, make a joke out of them by making them wait for your calls. You have the highest level of customer torture that can ever be found anywhere.
You got to respect that it's my hard earned money and stop looting people like this. How irresponsible can you be and how cheap are your ways of stealing people's money!
You are literally making people beg their money back from you. This is the worst kind of scam that i have come across.
