Through this mail i am going to raise a complaint against the suhas delivery agent and his num:[protected]. Because yesterday (22.01.2019) i got a text from myntra stating that i am going to receive my parcel on 22.01.2019 through this agent immediately i called to the number which i have received from myntra but that number was switched off till evening and later i got a message from myntra stating that i have rescheduled the order. On 23.01.2019 again i have received a text from myntra that i am going to get my parcel through the same delivery agent (Which i have mentioned above) again i called him but his number was switched off during that time after sometimes he only called me and i asked him yesterday i didn’t get any call from your side but why you have rescheduled my order with out my knowledge quickly he replied that today you want the parcel or not? If you want compliant means compliant but i am not going to delivery it, do what ever you want and immediately he cancelled my order. I regret to inform you that i never seen this kind of aggressive delivery executive till today. Please take the necessary action in this regard against him because the way he spoken was really harsh and it was like dhamaki for me. That is not the way to speak with any customer and in future non of the customer should face the same problem which i faced. Hope your team will understand a customer problem.
