Rose Studio — fraud company and owner - multiple follow up nothing delivered

I booked photo and videographer for my wedding and reception events. I already made 100% payment to those guys. After a month, i came to know that these guys are completely fraud.

Every time i am calling them they are saying sir wait for sometime i will give up as i don't have enough fund to print your photo album and videos.

I followed up multiple time but nobody is picking up the call and its been 7 month from my wedding shoot nothing has been delivered.

Please help me if any one can suggest me how can i get my payment and photos and also i am worried if they misuse my photos.

Please also don't book rose studio for your precious moment.
