My car number plate has been lost for that I am trying to book but its not happening from more than 2 weeks they are only giving time but doing nothing. so for their careless behaviour I am getting humiliate each day everywhere police are stopping my car and asking about it then I need to explain which kills my time and most importantly mental problem with tension. So for that I need compensation under IPC ACT 499- 502 of 10 lakh rupees.

Updated by pranav0503 First I has call with their customer executives they requested to send email which rc copy it will be booked. So I followed the same instructions. Then they did not book they shared the link and asked me to do I have also tried that but the problem which I am facing it was there also. So I shared screenshot n request to do from their side. Then I started following with them and they use to shared same scripts email 4 days to me . I have also written in Email about my problem how police use to stop nothing done . After that when I followed up continuously then they have asked me to book after 24 hr . I tried after 36 hr same problem . When I will their customer executives they will ask to write email it will get booked but now its more than 2 weeks no help got except the harresment provided by them .
