Rosmerta Safety System Private Limited Complaints & Reviews

Respected sir, I booked hsrp plate from ( Rosmerta safety systems ) on[protected] at around 4-5pm and they charged me 708₹ for that and after that they didn't provided the service .

I called and mailed them many times but got no relevant positive response from their end . It's been almost 2 years and yet they neither return me my money nor provided the hsrp plate .
They are looting people by charging them in the name...

My car number plate has been lost for that I am trying to book but its not happening from more than 2 weeks they are only giving time but doing nothing. so for their careless behaviour I am getting humiliate each day everywhere police are stopping my car and asking about it then I need to explain which kills my time and most importantly mental problem with tension. So for that I need compensation under IPC ACT 499- 502 of 10 lakh rupees....
