Hi Team,
I scheduled an appointment to fix the HSPR for my bike but didn't receive it yet. I've contacted customer support over call many times and they have rescheduled the appointment at least 12 times. Every time I call the customer service and unfortunately they lied to me every time that you will get it this time for sure. It is very unprofessional and everytime they reschedule it, I've to be available at home by managing other things or I've to leave my bike at home so that the number plate guy will come and fix the plate on it. It affected me financially as well as mentally.

Kindly do the needful to get the issue resolved. My number plate is broken and I'm not able to ride my bike on the roads due to the fear of challan.
