Have booked my bike's number plate from Rosmerta Safety System Pvt. Ltd. and made the payment of Rs.354. On the appointment date visited the dealer and got to know that the dealer is permanently closed. But till date it's showing on Rosmerta Safety System's portal while booking. It's been 2 months now and neither they are providing any information nor refunding my money. No response from customer care on call and mails.
