We ordered HSRP plate with sticker for home delivery for our car after paying delivery charges and the appointment was given as 26th Nov 2023 2PM to 6 PM. We were waiting for the delivery person to deliver the number plates keeping all documents ready, but no one came or called. The next day, we called the customer care, they told that we were not at home, so delivery person could not deliver. We argued and asked for the delivery person's phone number. but they were not helpful. After some argument, they told to reschedule the appointment, and the plates will be delivered. But to reschedule again, they are charging 295 Rs. The question, is why should we pay extra, for the deficiency of their (vendor) service when they could not keep the appointment. This is ridiculous.
