This is just to make you aware that I have booked my HSRP vehicle registration plate on[protected] Still I haven't got my HSRP affixed even after 3 YEARS of the appointment date. I have called more than 100 times to the customer support team of "ROSMERTA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED" but they don't have any specific reason for this delay, they always said to wait for next week. We ordered HSRP plate with sticker for home delivery for our car after paying delivery charges and the appointment was given as 26th Nov 2023 2PM to 6 PM. Dear Sir/Mam,
It is a matter of shame for uttar Pradesh & its government & we as a public that M/s Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd a incapable organisation to whom government has assigned the huge responsibility of HSRP distribution.
This incapability is creating a big trouble for public.
Initially I booked my slot on 6thJune, one call came and told me that due to lockdown on sunday they will fix the number plate on 7th but no one came and later I got message on watsapp to reschedule.
After which I did it on 15 or 16th but then also I didn't got any call. Then I called on customer care [protected](useless no and they kept you waiting for long) from where I was again told to reschedule on 22nd. Then 22nd passed way, no called and again called that number and then again they told me to reschedule on 29th but still I have received no call.
These series of appointment and then rescheduling has made me waste me 2 days of leave from my offc.

HSRP number plate not received

I have booked my HSRP and paid for home service in December 2020. The company keeps giving new appointment date but have not provided the number plate so far. I have written several emails, none of those ever got responded or even acknowledged by the company. Their call center keeps giving new date every time they miss the appointment. Here is the list of phone attempts I have made so far:
1st Feb 2021 – original date given at the time of booking, no show
5th Feb 2021 – revised date given by your contact center executive – (ticket # DLBMH0002278 & DLBMH0002385)
6th Feb 2021 – revised date given by your contact center executive over phone, no show
9th Feb 2021 – revised date given by your contact center executive over phone, no show (ticket # DLDMH0002278 & DLBMH0002385)
13th Feb 2021 - revised date given by your contact center executive over phone, no show – executive spoken to Ms Sarita
16th Feb 2021 - revised date given by your contact center executive over phone, no show – executive spoken to Ms Shivani (ticket # DLBMH0002278)
17th Feb 2021 – lodged fresh complaint in your contact center, executive spoken to Ms Priya, new dates promised 18th Feb and 20th Feb (same ticket #)
21th Feb 2021 – one vehicle got serviced on 18th, no one turned up on 20th, for the second car, revised date of 23rd Feb is given
24th Feb 2021 – no one turned up on 23rd, revised date of 27th Feb was promised
1st March 2021 – not serviced on 27th, revised date of 3rd March is given
4th March 2021 – not serviced on 3rd March, revised date of 4th March given
5th March 2021 – not serviced on 4th March, revised date of 8th March is given, which is also defaulted. I will be calling tomorrow again to get another date.
I will be complaining to the Ministry of Transportation next.

I was allotted date of 5.01.2021 for hsrp number plate and sticker but executive didn't appear and when i called the customer care they said me to reschedule the appointment, after which i was allotted date of 10.02.2021 and again executive didn't appear, neither any call nor any message from rider. After Which i contacted their home grievance number and all they did was gave me day and day and still their rider didn't appear. Rosmerta have worst customer support and service. behavior of call executive is casual and they don't give satisfactory answer.
I am looking for either refund or affix the number plate asap.

I have booked an appointment slot for high security no. For my car with no. DL 2C AX 7089, for slot 09.00 am to 01.00 pm on 04.01.2021, at DGACR Building, Near Delhi Police Headquarters, I.P. Estate, New Delhi -110002 also paid the required fees for the HSRP Sticker (High security registration plate) for Rs. 289.10/-
Sir, I waited for the executive to come but no affixation was attempted and I was also not informed about the delay. Next day i tried to contact Rosemerta on toll free no. [protected] of hsrp, but it and booked my complain. I was asked to Reschedule my appointment. I resheduled it for the 12th of feb 2021 but again nobody came to affix it and the are causing delay on delay.
You are requested to please resolve the issue at the earliest.
They are even harassing by by not taking serious step towards m issue.

I have booked HSRP and color coded sticker from bookmyhsrp.com with booking ID -BMDL76FB99DC-3DE3-4B. Booking was for home installation on 28/11/2020. I am raising complaint almost daily on their website mentioned customer care number and i have been assured daily that my plate will be installed today just give 24 hours and so on. Its been more than 20 days since my appointment. No one gives correct status where is the HSRP where it is getting...

I have booked a appointment slot for high security no. For my bike no. Dl7sbj1101, for slot 12.00 pm to 14.00 pm on 21.01.2020, at global trade park, south ganesh nager, delhi-110092. I also paid the requite fees for the hsrp (High security registration plate) for rs. 354/-
Sir while i went to global trade park for the hsrp for my bike. The concerned staff (Fitment center) is saying i am not dealing with this type of service.
I also tried to talk toll free no. [protected] of hsrp, but it is not reachable for always.
You are requested to please resolve the issue at the earliest. I am waiting at the fitment center address i. E global trade park.

An extremely unprofessional company who have untrained people manning their call centre. We booked HSRPs for our vehicles by mistake and realized it in just over 24 hours (28 hours to be more precise). Spoke with their agent on the phone about canceling the order, or if that cannot be done, just changing the number on the plate to two other vehicles we have, but to no avail. I cannot believe, they start printing the number plates in 24 hours. We would definitely hope for some flexibility on their end and it is extremely sad to deal with uptight companies, operating without logic in this day and age. Hope someone is listening and no one else has to face such mindless behaviour.

I had booked hsrp and sticker on 15/12/20, the appointment date was 28/12/20 at Lamba Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Okhla, New Delhi. The plate and sticker have as yet not reached the dealer. The validity of my receipt has expired. Despite complaints made regularly via email from 07/01/21 the issue hasn't been resolved. Not getting any resolution from complaint centre either.
