I had affixed the numberplate/sticker on my vehicle in Nov-23. However, in feb-23, i wanted to get a new Colour sticker alone, since my vehicle's windshield had to be replaced. But while raising a request in their website, i was encountering an error that was preventing the request from getting submitted. i had reached out to their customer support (via call/email) and they have not provided any solution to this even after 2 months, despite following up multiple times. The "Raise Grievance" functionality in their website also doesn't work. Was this information helpful? |
