Hi,

Today I have received SMS from HSRP number plate from Rosmerta Safety Systems about the delivery of my new HSRP number plate. Message was fake and send just to coles the ticket but number plate was not delivered to the agency till today. After multiple call to Karnataka nodal agency representative, we realize that fake sms is send and number plate is not ready.

I had affixed the numberplate/sticker on my vehicle in Nov-23. However, in feb-23, i wanted to get a new Colour sticker alone, since my vehicle's windshield had to be replaced. But while raising a request in their website, i was encountering an error that was preventing the request from getting submitted. i had reached out to their customer support (via call/email) and they have not provided any solution to this even after 2 months, despite following up multiple times. The "Raise Grievance" functionality in their website also doesn't work.

I have booked an HSRP appointment on 10-Apr-24, but the number plate not reached to fitment center till the appointment date. There is no one to take responsibility of this miss and no answers for my questions in the fitment center also.

Not sure why govt encouraging this kind of irresponsible service providers to citizens..

Useless service and useless people

After successful registration theough siam website by paying the fee Rs. 1200 on 12.11.2023, I received a mail from rosmerta safety system pvt.ltd. saying that the number plate will be delivered and fitted on 28.11.2023. The Technicians came with a defective number plate and forcibly trying to fix on my car, with their unrully behaviour, my car base board damaged. They ran away with the number plates. There is no update on this. When we email and give a call there is no response from their side. Please sort this issue.

Hi. We had previously booked for HSRP number plate for Scorpio Own use vehicle (KA01 MC 9288) on October 16th, 2023.

As per the dealer details provided in the drop down in your webpage and as per the convience we selected dealer "Sidhanth Motors" and our booked slot was on November 03, 2023. But dealer informed that they are dealing only heavy vehicles and goods vehicles. And they rejected to provide HSRP for our vehicle.

Hence, I contacted your team and agent by name Rahul asked to raise email sharing RC book, payment screenshot. I did that. I got mail stating that the plate will be delivered to home address. After that no response and they are disconnecting calls continuously shameless people. Refund the amount.

After booking the number plate, when I went to the agency to get my sold number plate installed, they said that your data is not showing.And he said that till now your number plate has not come from the company.I also showed my receipt but they didn't put my number plate

I want my number plate to be installed otherwise my money will be refunded

Booked the hsrp number plate through this company.
They delivered and installed the number plate but their is a misprint issue.
I have called up and sent emails multiple times but I am getting the standard response that the issue has been escalated to the seniors.

They are not even bothered to read the full email or check the content of the email.
It has already been over two months and I have lost hope from these people.

I applied for Color sticker and delivery was promised as 12th Mar 2022, today is 29th Mar 2022 and in spite of several calls and e-mails, they are not attempting the delivery neither refund. They customer care is awful, they just give you date of next 4th day at each complaint. I raised the grievance at the portal but seems no one looking at that.

I had applied for HSRP sticker, and they neither delivering it nor refunding the amount.

I have requested for the reissue of the no plate 7 times and everytime they come up with FIR copy not provided. laser code not provided or RC is not provided.
If you dont upload all the documents the system will not take you to payment page.
what more all the cancelled bookings the refund has not been issued as well. Where to complaint. you write mails to them would give absurd reply.

I have applied for HSRP number plate on 3/1/2022 and I was suppose to receive the plate on 06/12/2021, however I have not received it then i called their customer care they gave me a fresh date 12/1/2022, I reminded them on[protected] they said we had given the date it will be done but yet the same thing happened nobody turned out.

Now one Mr Dolly Singh is reverting that they will revert asap......

I have applied for HSRP number plate on 8/12/2021 and I was suppose to receive the plate on 15/12/2021, however I have not received it yet.

I had applied for HSRP with Colour sticker. Details were filled properly and the payment was also made On 7th Nov, 2021 Method UPI. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at the same time.
I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were no records found.

It is really sorry to highlight that time again commitment made and are failing.
Monday, 2 Aug 2021, the person was scheduled as per telephonic conversation but neither he responded nor any one turned up for fixing.
Please note it is the 5th time when the person has been scheduled and has not come and defaulted in commitments.
I feel I need to now highlight it to the highest level not for compliance but as complaint and refund of my funds immediately, and proceed to the court of law now.

I have booked HSRP for my vehicle in March 2021, however I haven't got my HSRP yet. Money has been blocked. No one taking responsibility for non affixation of HSRP.

I booked my no. Plate so far.. its delivering date was 19th june but i haven't received it till date 10th july.. i just want to know when i will get my no. Plate or refund as well.

I booked hsrp number plate for vehicle no.UP82 AB1502 on 13th June 2021 at 07:49 PM and get appointment on 19th June 2021 at 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM but till now my number plate is not delivered. I have made advance payment & I have all the proof like payment receipt, order id & appointment receipt. Govt. of Delhi should take some drastic steps to teach them a lesson.

Dear Sir,

I booked for home delivery Stickers for car no. DL3CCL6278. Order ID: STBMDL25A65EE0-7903.

Home delivery sms received on 7.1.21 informing that HSRP Order for above ID has been processed.

I am still waiting for further information on when will stickers be delivered.

Hi.

I am resident of Delhi. I made a booking for the delivery of sticker for my car. The delivery date was 31st Jan but the sticker has not been delivered till date(22/5/2021)

I have sent numerous emails to them, every time they are giving next delivery date but it's not yet delivered. There customer care nos are always busy..

No mechanism to raise this issue. This is scam, a fake company.

About 2 months place an order online for bike number plate& stiker but no response from them, the money already debit through online but they are not provide my refund or not fullfill my order. I m calling customer service about many times but they all refusing again & again still today is 5th april no response by company. The order date was 8th February. Now they r not picking my call please take strong action about this type of fraud company.

Colour Code Sticker for home delivery in North west Delhi on Jan. 11 2021 Various dates have been given to me but till now they have not delivered inspite of my talking to executives every day. They do not refund the money nor do they deliver. Govt. of Delhi should take some drastic steps to teach them a lesson.
