I have booked HSRP plate for my bike on 19th Feb and took appointment for 04/Apr/2024.
today 04th April I tried to call dealer contact person, but they are sending message as I need to contact another dealer.
then I contact the other dealer, but they are saying that nameplate is not yet delivered.
I tried to talk to customer support team, one of the people attend the call and said that in that case we will inform in advance but so far no one as send any update to me.
when I asked the person to transfer call to manager, they kept call on hold and later on I am trying to call customer support but they simply saying not hearing you so disconnecting the call. Was this information helpful? |
