I have booked HSRP plate for my bike on 19th Feb and took appointment for 04/Apr/2024.

today 04th April I tried to call dealer contact person, but they are sending message as I need to contact another dealer.
then I contact the other dealer, but they are saying that nameplate is not yet delivered.

I tried to talk to customer support team, one of the people attend the call and said that in that case...

This is just to make you aware that I have booked my HSRP vehicle registration plate on 8th Jan 2021 and got the appointment date of 6th March, 2021. Still I haven't got my HSRP affixed even after 40 days of the appointment date. I have called more than 10 times to the customer support team of "ROSMERTA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED" but they don't have any specific reason for this delay, they always said to wait for next week. I also wrote some mails...

I have not received fuel stickers for my car DL10CT4921 since my appt on 24th Nov and I have paid for same also.

There is no action on same as adv also to cancel order so I can book for home order but they have not cancelled for 2 months. Pls adv wat.to do.

    I had booked the delivery of a sticker for my car no. DL12CL4185 vide booking order no. STBMDL46301A08-FEE3. The sticker was supposed to be delivered on 18th January. However, the sticker has not been delivered to me till date.

    I had also filed a grievance on your website. The ticket no. is DLBMH0003093. I also contacted the company on phone and I ws assured that the sticker would be delivered soon. However, no action has been taken on my grievance. Very unprofessional company ! Extremely poor customer service.
    I had booked the delivery of a number plat for my bikeno. DL10SE6204 vide booking order no. BMDLD[protected].The numbers plat was supposed to be delivered on 27 th April 21. However, the numbers plat has not been delivered to me till date.
    I also contacted the company on phone and I ws assured that the numbers plat would be delivered soon. However, no action has been taken on my grievance. Very unprofessional company ! Extremely poor customer service.

      I have booked my color coded sticker on 29th Dec 2020 Home affixation and i have registered lot of complaints against not received yet.

      I have over 3 months now and there have made Hundred of calls to their customer care number but they are not trying to get it resolved.

      So i will register complaint against Company in consumer court.

      And who will responsible if Traffic police make a challan against not Color coded sticker.

      Dear Sir,

      I have requested color coded sticker on 29-Dec-2020 for my car and i have got the confirmation the sticker will be delivered to 15-Jan-2021.
      I have called customer care many times all the time they says you will get the sticker tomorrow and they are rescheduled delivery date frequently(approx.15 times within periods).
      I have called many times even emailed them also but still not received my orders, So this is the complete a case of harassment.
      They took the money and approx. taken 3 month's time but still they have only one answer you will get the sticker tomorrow.
      So I don't have any other option rather than filling a complaint against them.

      They are not providing service on time, so that still I am suffering

      It's my humble request please take some strict action on them and give me a justice.

Till date I have sent atleast 10 emails and called them atleast 20 times, and on each occasion they have rescheduled, first to 28th Feb, then 3rd March, then 7th March and now 12th March 2021. The validity of the slip issued by them is only up to 11th March 2021. Various complaint numbers DLBMH00027753, DLBMH00073460, Ticket #656233, Ticket #849490 have been issued but none has been acted upon till date. Please help urgently.

          Non delivery of hsrp at home

          I agree. I had booked home delivery for my hsrp to be delivered on 28.2.2021. Never delivered and now no further information. Kept on writing grievances. They decided to block me from writing on the ticket window because they closed it without settling my grievance and I reopened it. The people in their cell are so rude that she kept on using the word "any how" as if nothing matters to them....

            Should I understand that you only collect money from customers and do not render them services.

            You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful and advise me of a fresh date on which the work will be accomplished.

                    Such a unproffessional jcompany. I raised a request for the color sticker on 23 Dec and I was given the appoitment of 4 jan 2021. Today is 19 Feb, my slip validity has expired twice but no resolution. Whenever I call the customer care their are only 2 things that they say I.e. first is sorry AMD 2nd is give us 2 or 3 days it will get resolved. I spoke to their senior on 2 Feb and I was being assured that it will be done by 5 Feb but as usual no luck. Today when I asked the executive that I want to talk to that senior (Akshit) he said its not possible because all the seniors are in meeting and what they will help we will do the same.
                    I need resolution, government should check the company credibility and should think at least 10 yikes before they give this contract to any company. Because this kind of service might lead to a person mental health disbalance

                        Shame on you by showing tri color on your logo and doing disgrace with your customers and adding convenience charge fee on receipt on which bases you ask for that money after all the inconvenience you had done for a month and still didn't delivered my car sticker for which I had paid you.
                        For 3gm sticker delivery charges 100 in Delhi itself?????
                        For 40rs I can easily delivery 100-200gm package all over India

                        Even transport minister of Delhi is saying Rosmerta is a fraud company

                          I had booked an appointment on 15th December for 27th December for 9 to 1 PM slot.

                          However, on 26th December I got a message that the appointment (on its own, without check or confirming with us) has been shifted to 2 to 6 PM slot.

                          As I had already scheduled some meeting during that time so we voluntarily after paying rescheduling fees of Rs. 295, I reschedule the appointment on 26th December for 30th January 9 to 1 PM.

                          On morning of 30th January 2021, again I got a message that the person will come at 5. After making several call to HSRP customer care and tolerating " we do not care" attitude of customer care executive. I was asked to wait.

                          After cancelling all the meeting which I had planned for second half today, I stayed at home. Till now there has been no communication when the person will come to fix the number plate and provide the sticker.

                          I again called customer care and just being asked to wait without having any clarity when the person will come.

                          This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever encountered.

                          Clearly Rosemerta is only interested in collecting advance from consumer without valuing their time.

                          The dedication with which Rosemerta is collecting advance from consumers, it should atleast show half of that dedication to serve the consumer and value their time and money.

                              Appointment to fix number plates was booked for 29th dec 9-11 am. Mr Ujjwal called up at 3:30pm and confirmed that sir ab apka vehicle yahan nahi hai to mein kuch nahi kar sakta. He didn’t even agree to visit as per new time same day and even next day. After that he never visited. Since then has been no action on my emails from last 15 days, their Kusht se mer service contact number is not reachable and Mr Ujjwal Choudhary 91-[protected] who was supposed to visit my place and install plates on 29th Dec, has confirmed that high security number plates have already been installed on other vehicle. Currently there are two vehicles running with the same number plates due to this fraud committed by this company.

                                  I booked the number plate with sticker on 15 December 2020. The installation was scheduled for 22 December. They cancelled the schedule on 22nd stating that the RC was wrongly uploaded and the amount will be refunded in 6-8 working days. It's 6th January 2021 and I still have not received the refund. I have tried calling their customer care number but they have the same response. I have mailed them atleast 10 times but have not received a response from them.

                                  Apart from this now I'm not able to apply for new number plate as their website shows that my vehicle's registration number is already registered in their website. If it's already registered then why are you guys not giving me the number plate. I have mailed the same thing and tried to seek this from your customer care executives but no one is able to answer that.

                                  If the traffic police fines me for not having the number what am I supposed to say them? That you guys are not willing to provide the number plate.

                                    I would like to complain againts "https://www.bookmyhsrp.com/index.aspx" because I had number plate home delivery scheduled at 30/12/2020 but till now i.e 04/01/2021 I have not received it and after calling so many time to customer care and registering around 4 complains also I am forced to write a mail to you in a hope that I will get a solution.
                                    Everytime I had been given false promisesand assurance by the customer care team that very next day my number plate will be delivered to me and till yet 4 times they have assured me the same but still I have not recieved it.
                                    Also I have dropped a mail many times to the customer support but no one is replying to it.
                                    Please look into this and give me a solution to this.

                                      I had applied for an HSRP plate back in the month of December 2020 and the appointment for the fitment of the same was on January 2, 2021 at home premises.

                                      There has been no notification/update from the vendor.
                                      I have neither received the plate nor any notification as to when the same will be delivered either.

                                      My order number - BMDL[protected]FC3-45.

                                      Reg No - DL9CP7890.

                                      Kindly let me know where can I get some sort of contact/update from the concerned people as there is virtually no means of communication available.

                                      The customer care number and email-id's are non responsive
                                      I am facing the same problem. Please somebody help.

                                        I have been trying to book HSRP colur stickers on company website since last 10 days but it is showing no timeslot available even in next 6 months. Surprisingly, if you book HSRP number plate, the slots are available. Company needs to explain why they are ready to provide number plates and not ready to give only stickers

                                          Please refer to my numerous complaints about the non Delivery of the Car Sticker at the appointment time and also number of calls made to the customer service.

                                          My car Registration number is
                                          DL 8C AS 1809

                                          My booking ID is
                                          STBMDL148F8628-1AB1 dated 17 November 20.

                                          Appointment time was 28 November 20 from 0900 to 1300 hrs.

                                          My car is i20 Hyundai Petrol version.

                                          Complaints on email started on 01 December 20, followed by many more.

                                          Customer service representative contacted starting from 02 December 20 followed by many more time, almost after a gap of 2 to 3 days.

                                          Every time I am told that the company is doing the needful and will definitely deliver the HSRP Car Sticker within next 48 hours.

                                          Now today, again after calling to your office, I have been told that all' this while, the response provided was incorrect and wrong because the system wasn't getting updated and thus now I have to reschedule my appointment.

                                          The supervisor Mr Narendra, who attended the call, turned a deaf ear to the conversation and showed up a total unprofessional behaviour, and just wasn't reasonable in his approach.

                                          The answer provided today is that rider could not contact me or/and locate my address.

                                          If you would appreciate it, why should someone give a wrong address? Or a wrong mobile number?... for home delivery services. Also, specially when an appointment has been made, and we were waiting for the sticker.

                                          Also, no support is being given to me in terms of raising a level and giving complaint to the higher authorities.

                                          Would like to apprise seniors who are supposed to be ensuring that the company has to be polite and respectful to all' it's customers and at the same time not give wrong inputs.

                                          You may also notice that a lot of time has been wasted in believing that my requests are being processed as per replies provided till date. And now suddenly told to reschedule my appointment.

                                          What is the guarantee that it will not be repeated and I will be able to receive my sticker. Or, you want me to keep repeating the complete process time' and again.

                                          Your company definitely needs to look into such surprise shocks that are being given to the customers.

                                          Now just to tell you, my home address is even available on the Google maps online. So, next time please don't say my home address is not correct.

                                          Hopefully you will do the needful.

                                            Hi Team,

                                            Kindly note, the payment of INR 1007.42 has been deducted twice from my bank account due to system failure of Rosmerta.

                                            Kindly check the both payments slip for your reference.

                                            When I called to their customer care for refunding my extra payment they have deducted; the person denied to refund it. This is completely unethical because their system is collecting the money twice and they even not paying the extra money which they have deducted.

                                            I've emailed the concern at mail addresses ([protected]@bookmyhsrp.com, [protected]@bookmyhsrp.com) and also registered complaint through customer care ([protected])

                                              I ordered HSRP and sticker for my vehicle with registration number UP14DZ1189. The sticker sent to me was defective and the letters on it were not visible. Even after multiple follow ups with them, no action has been taken till now. Worst experience with them. Please take strict action against the responsible authorities.

                                                The Company Rosmerta Hsrp Ventures P Ltd have taken the tender of HSRP Affixation in private and Commercial Vehicle of Delhi Jurisdiction. I have commercial vehicle which was going to Burari VIU Unit for passing but in Burari officer's says that first of all you will deposit HSRP fee and affixed on your vehicle after that your vehicle will be pass. I am going to window for depositing fee of HSRP but the concern person asked me to bring some papers i.e. permit,R/C, insurance, pollution etc. I was saying to concern person that you have required only registration certificate, you will take it and deposit my fee but he refuses and send me without depositing fee. I am going outside VIU Unit and contact dealer for HSRP, he was demanding me Rs 2000/-. I was shocked because actual fee of HSRP is 220/-, i was asking question to dealer why you are taking so much extra money from me for HSRP, he was saying that Officers of in Rosmerta HSRP Ventures P Ltd company there was two person who are taking that bribe and ready HSRP for vehicle within 1 hour, the name of employee was Mukesh Bidani and Manoj singh.
                                                If any goverment read this article kindly bring the action on this matter otherwise what i or public thinking that all goverment officials and delhi goverment play this drama. Kindly stop all these non-sense as early as possible in public interest.

                                                yes in dwarka mor also they are asking labour charges.. rs 20-50 for every vehicle.
                                                on asking that show where its written they get irritated..

                                                anbd say 20 rs ki hi to baat hai. wapas lelo.

                                                this kind of attitude is there in govt offices
