[Resolved] Rosmerta Technologies Limited — Payment Deducted 2 times and denying for refunding extra payment | |
Hi Team, Kindly note, the payment of INR 1007.42 has been deducted twice from my bank account due to system failure of Rosmerta. Kindly check the both payments slip for your reference. When I called to their customer care for refunding my extra payment they have deducted; the person denied to refund it. This is completely unethical because their system is collecting the money twice and they even not paying the extra money which they have deducted.
