My company Arunveda, purchased whatsapp portal from roundsms on 23/06/23, payment has already been made on the same day. Registration process was pending because of the documents they required for registration. Already had a conversation with their sales executive named Satyajit. Required documents provided on 10/07/23, form filling process was made on the same day. But after that their executive neither picks up calls nor responds on whatsapp for further process.
