I have bought bulk sms pack and I paid 12, 300 rupees for that but it's still not activated, I am trying to call customer support team but they are not giving proper response and refund, i am posting this because next time nobody will suffer and deal with this Fraud people.

My company Arunveda, purchased whatsapp portal from roundsms on 23/06/23, payment has already been made on the same day. Registration process was pending because of the documents they required for registration. Already had a conversation with their sales executive named Satyajit. Required documents provided on 10/07/23, form filling process was made on the same day. But after that their executive neither picks up calls nor responds on whatsapp for further process.

Simply Cheated . After trasnaction no proper resonse. The words and service they said is completely fraud.
and Now no answer to my queries. Its completely a fake service. Ans no such service is available in market.

Roundsms is 100% fraud company, they will make sure that u will trust them, they will send email also to make you fool. I got cheated by the person named Satyajit. He said If I purchase the bulk sms plan from them then they will give the dlt free, He made sure that I pay the money and after the payment, no sms service is given, no dlt is given, nothing, messages doesn’t get delivered, they won’t refund the money.

I bought 100000 sms package on 24th april i have sent 13000 sms in 2 days which includes some of my friends and relatives numbers but none of them recevied today is 26th april im not receved single sms from there service... Yesterday i have discussed with there support team they are saying that everything is going perfect but we confirm there was no clarity on services... And there sales team with whom i have already spoked earlier is not answering my call... Person no is :[protected]

We bought 1 lakh transactional sms with unlimited validity from round sms company.after some days they have deducted 30000 sms without any reason.They are not responding well.I mailed and called so many times.but i didn't get any reply.Simply asking my mail id and disconnects my call.Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
