I ordered Ordered "Beautiful Karishma Tanna In Pink Color Taffeta With Embroidery Work Plazzo Suit" on 15-Nov-2021 via https://royalanarkali.com/ (My order id #79434). I received the product on 25-Nov-2021 after multiple follow-ups with them on whatsapp & gmail.
When I checked the received product, it was completely different from what I ordered. The product description/picture in https://royalanarkali.com website does not match with what I received. The colour of the suit embroidery is different & its quality is also very cheap. So I requested the seller to return this order & get a refund. I've send multiple mails & whatsapp messages on their customer care no. +91-[protected], however there is no response on mail or whatsapp. The seller is not even picking up the call on their customer care no. With no response, I'm forced to move to the consumer forum, and I want the seller Royal Anarkali to be liable to refund my money & pay for the mental harassment that I have beard till now.
