They ringed me the very next day after placing the order and asked color details also i.e. black sequence embroidery gown you have ordered and it will reach you in four days. yesterday at 4.30 I received the order which is not black it is pista / light green and quality is not good as well.
then I ranged their 10.00 to 5.00 available landline number but operator was telling it is switched off and the mobile number from which I got...

I have ordered a dress from.them but I received a completely different order. But now they didn't receive my calls or there is no response to the mail....

I needed the lehenga for 3rd sep and today is 5th sep and i haven't got the leheng. its not about getting it or not. I chose cod service but they took the money first saying they will make sure it reaches me by 3rd sep if i pay first. that is the only reason i paid it online payment. now i texted em/called but they NEVER replied NOR pick the calls. always leaving on seen. never never replying. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! TAKE YOUR STUFF BACK AND REFUND MY [censored]ING MONEY!!! THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE !!!

I have received a damaged product, and even they had agreed that I can return it. But now I am not getting any response to call or mail.
Fraud site, deliver cheap products, don't trust this site

I had ordered a YELLOW JUMPSUIT from the site- "royalanarkali.com" on 1st May 2024 order no #102316. i then received a call from the number +91 [protected] confirming the address for the delivery of the order. i then received the order on 7th may 2024 but i received a totally wrong order (pictures enclosed). since then i have contacted them through various ways. i have called the above at least 10 times but no one picks up, the call goes busy sometimes but even then no one picks up. the number on their website is wrong, i can not get through that number. i have also mailed them multiple times on the email mentioned on their site but i have received no response. there is no way to contact them. the dress cost Rs.1770/- and there is no way of contacting them. easy returns are mentioned on their site but its nothing easy about it. the first picture attached is of the original product which i had ordered and rest of the pictures are of the product i received. i have also attached the email screenshot.
please help me get a REFUND on this order.

Ordered for stitched brown colour suit. Nevertheless got unstitched green colored one...

This is fraud cheap organisation.DONT BUY from them.
I bought a saree.After long wait saree arrives in crushed crumpled packet.
Quality is very cheap not usable at all.
Their website has fake no.
After lot of effort got WA contact.But neither anybody bothers to pickup call (10 to 15nos at various times of the day) nor anyone responds over chat .
Really bad experience....

I have ordered 2 products but I got very poor quality. Even it not as same as shown in the image on website. I tried to contact through call continuously. But first 2 times it was not answered and the third time it was switched off. From that time the no is switched off. I tried to contact on Facebook but the page doesn't exist. Can't do with mail. WhatsApp no is also connecting with the call only but no reply.

I have received a completely different product from what was shown on the site . I want to return the product but they are not responding to any calls or emails. Worst experience, do not buy anything from Royalanarkali. Action must me taken against it...

A white anarkali suit set with embroidery sequence work was ordered with a total cash on delivery payment of ₹1, 550.00 . The product was delivered today .

Upon delivery as we excitedly opened the package, we were very much surprised and upset with the order result .
The dress was barely similar to the one we had ordered for .
The design pattern was not there, it was plain white, the cloth was too thin without lining, aaa slit starting very high .

The product is not at all presentable as an outfit rather a clothing item to the public . We are very much upset and disappointed with the same.
The piece of clothing we recieved is not wearable, cannot be labelled as an anarkali at all!!

We tried to contact them through the data provided in the site but we did not receive any answer from the customer care .
The customer care counter is very much disappointing .

We requested a return very soon and requested that we get our money back .
I am very much disappointed with this and and emailed them in their site, only to later on recieve a notification saying the email was not delivered due to overload of mails in their site or something.

Such fraudulent acts must be taken strict actions by law in order to prevent other innocent citizens be affected by the same .
I have no idea whether or not we might recieve a proper refund or at the ver least a reply from the so called site .

Law abiding citizens like me are the ones who get affected by the same .
I tried attaching an image but i am not able to do it .

A man call before confirming my order & was very sweet & told me call if I had any problems but now .They are not picking up calls & their mail inbox is full of errors & I want to cancel my order but now I don't know what to do. Very bad service & feels like a fraud site

I ordered a gown on 15th December from royal anarkali and received on 19th December. when I opened the packet the product was horrible ..it was very old and of worst quality, i paid 2050 for that dirty product by Google pay ..so I wanted to return the product and for the same i have been mailing and calling them multiple times but got no response .please help me getting my refund and returning this horrible product...

I ordered a 2250 rupees sharara which is Not looking like the picture. It is very cheaply made. The work looks like a child made it. It was supposed to be 1.5 kg but what I received was a 0.5 kg package.. There is no return policy. It is a scam website. Don't Buy anything from it

I ordered it on about 17 November 2022 and delivery happened on 22 November 2022.
There was only one product in their where i ordered two of the same product in red colour.

They sell low quality products at higher prices. The image shown is completely different from what they deliver. No size selection category available. No Return policy, fake contact no. And email id provided on website. No support system for help.

I have ordered a suit from royalanarkali.com, however I received a damaged product and also the product is not same as shown on site. When I tried to reach them for return request, they are not answering. The product quality is also not good, its very cheap.

I ordered something from this website and it's worst. Totally opposite to what is shown on the website. The picture on the website is misleading. The product quality is very cheap. Earlier they were in contact with me on WhatsApp and calls too. But now they are not responding to any of it. The amount that I paid for it was 1750.

I had ordered green lehenga pink dupatta and pink choli which cost 1799 and delivery charge was 51. A wrong order parcel has been sent to me and now my calls are not being picked up. I have ordered one product from Royal Anarkali. But they delivered the wrong product to me, color is different, fitting is not as per expectations. I have requested to return and refund. The person with phone number +[protected] received my call and said he will initiate refund request and arrange the pickup. Now after several tries he neither receiving my call nor replying to my messages
