Respects Sir/Ma'am I am a college student, recently 2 days ago I planning a trip outside so I rented a scooter from Royal Brother in Bangalore from 26/06/2023 to 27/06/2023 for a ride for going for the trip but when our ride middle trip between Royal Brother scooter has issues didn't start so we call the royal brother customer service they not resolved our problem and they did give not any response after 1 hour they responded and we ask for help but not helping properly so we waste our time like 4 hours or more like hours that after they tell us to repair parts by your own money and they told us like us our money give when you take your scooter location Majestic, Bangalores, Karnataka. I give my own my 800 rupees but when I give handover the scooter now they tell me which we don't know so now they don't give my money back 800 rupees so I am complaining to the Customer Court pls resolved my problem Sir/Ma'am. Please please Royal Brother give me my money back which is your responsibility to repair your scooter and I pay my own pocket money 800 rupees back my money in my account
