The van driver (No. Ka 04c 5364) carrying school children drove rashly and blocked my car from moving forward. This happened around 8.30 am on bwssb pipeline road heading towards city engineering colleges near vasantha vallabha nagar. A school driver especially is responsible for the safety of children cannot be driving in a reckless manner.
